Im Sommer wird bei uns in Stammersdorf ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei:
Welches Zimmer frei wird entscheidet sich in den kommenden Tagen:
entweder: 11m2 südseitig - 510e (ab 1.Juli)
oder 14m2 südseitig - 542 (ab August)
Ein paar Infos zum Haus:
Getrennt begehbare Zimmer, Küche in der gerne gemeinsam gegessen und getratscht wird, 1 Bad mit Klo, 1 Klo mit Klo und Mini-Bücherei, ein gemütlicher Wintergarten mit Kamin und im Keller zwei Räume für Musik/Hobbies/Gäste. Das absolute Highlight ist der 1500m2 große Garten mit Obstbäumen, Gemüsebeeten, Glashaus, Slackline, Hängematten, Lagerfeuerstelle und viel Platz zum Austoben, Werkeln, Garteln...
Es gibt ein paar Möbel in der WG, die nach Bedarf verwendet werden können.
We will have a room for rent. Which one it will be we will decide the next days: it will be the 11m2 room (510e -from july on ) or the14m2 room (542e from august on ) sunny room, available (partly furnished or not furnished) The house has a big kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, toilet with a small library, cozy winter garden with stove, two rooms for music/hobbies/guests in the basement and a huge 1500m2 garden with bonfireplace, slackline, glashouse and vegetable garden.
Die WG liegt im Norden von Wien in Floridsdorf/Stammersdorf. Stammersdorf ist ein Weinort mit Weingärten und Heurigen. Öffentlich durch diverse Busse und Straßenbahnen (30/31) ans Zentrum angebunden. In der Rushhour verkehrt die Straßenbahn im 4-min-Takt. In der Nacht gibt's im 30-min-Takt die Nightline 31. Fahrzeit nach Floridsdorf Bahnhof/U6 ca. 22min.
The shared house is located in the 21th district in the area of Stammersdorf, a traditional wine village. By public transport it takes 22min to Floridsdorf train station and 50 minutes to the city center. There is also a nightline every 30 minutes.
Hier wohnen momentan fünf Menschen und eine junge, liebe Mischlingshündin.
Wir sind in jeder Hinsicht ein aufgeschlossener, vielseitiger, undogmatischer Haufen zwischen 32 und 50 und arbeiten im sozialen/musikalischen/sportlichen/holztechnischen/kulturellen Bereich.
Wir sind
Kris, Musikbegeisterter und -lehrer, Sozialpädagoge und vieles mehr, bastelt und baut gerne in Haus und Garten...
Mara, unsere fußballspielende Holztechnikerin, steht sehr auf Radfahren...
Pia, liebt unter anderem viele Sportarten (Klettern, Bergtouren, Yoga...) und bringt diese gerne auch anderen bei, außerdem mag sie Natur, Pflanzen und Gärtnern...
Joe, begeistert sich unter anderem für Gitarre und Musik, außerdem liest er täglich ein Buch und mag Wortspiele...
Laura, arbeitet in der Wohnungslosenhilfe, liebt die Natur, tanzt und gärtnert gerne, macht Yoga und Shiatsu…
Derzeit wird in der WG gekocht, an einem Bauwagen gebastelt, gegärtnert, gespielt, geblödelt und musiziert. Mal alle gemeinsam, mal jede/r für sich.
Entspannte C-Politik.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst und gerne mit Garten am Stadtrand von Wien wohnen willst, dann schreib uns doch hier ein paar Zeilen über dich 🙂 Bitte nicht wundern, wenn du etwas auf unsere Antwort warten musst. Es vergeht manchmal etwas Zeit, bis wir uns alle besprochen haben.

DIE WG
We are a divers and undogmatic bunch of 5 people between 32 and 50 and a young charming dog. We work in social/musical/technical/sportive/cultural jobs.
Currently we enjoy cooking, handcrafting, gardening, boardgame playing, making fun and music. Sometimes all together, sometimes each one of his or her own.
We have a relaxed C-Policy.
If you like to live close to nature while still being located in the city of Vienna, we are happy to read some lines about you. Sometimes we need some time to talk about messages and invitations, so please don't take it personal if we don't reply instantly.
