Das Zimmer ist quasi eine eigene kleine Wohnung im 2. Stock und verfügt über eigenes Bad sowie eigener Terrasse.
Das Zimmer selber hat 20m² und einen Vorraum.
Die Wohnung selbst hat 117m² und eine zweite Terrasse an der großen hellen Wohnküche.
Deine 2 Mitbewohner sind Daniele und Karim. Beide freuen sich dich kennen zu lernen :)
Die wohnung ist nur 2 Minuten von der u6 Station Floridsdorf entfernt, also bist du mit der sbahn oder u6 schnell wo, obwohl es der 21. Bezirk ist. Die 31er Straßenbahn fährt auch fast vor der Tür los richtung Augarten und weiter bis Schottenring.
Alte und neue Donau sind mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The room is like a small flat on the 2nd floor and has its own bathroom and terrace.
The room itself has 20m² and an anteroom.
The flat itself has 117m² and a second terrace next to the large, bright kitchen/living room.
Your 2 flatmates are Daniele and Karim. Both are looking forward to meeting you :)
The flat is only 2 minutes away from the u6 Floridsdorf station, so you can get there quickly by tram or u6, even though it's the 21st district. The 31 tram also leaves almost in front of the door in the direction of Augarten and onto Schottenring.
The Old and New Danube can be reached by bike in a few minutes.
Wir sind ziemlich genau bei U6 Station Floridsdorf, also hast du hier viele Straßenbahnen, Busse, S-Bahnen und die U6. Man ist locker in 30minuten in der Stadt. 10 Minuten brauchst Du zu Fuß zur Neuen oder Alten Donau. Außerdem ist die Vet-Med mit der Straßenbahn schnell und gut erreichbar.
English Version
We're pretty much at U6 Floridsdorf station, so you have lots of trams, buses, S-Bahns and the U6 here. You can be in the in the city in 30 minutes. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Neue or Alte Donau. The Vet-Med can also be reached quickly and easily by tram.
In der WG wird gern gemeinsam Film/Serie geschaut oder gekocht. Die Wohnung ist 2-Stöckig, deswegen haben wir auch 2 Terrassen und viel Platz, also man kann sich auch easy aus dem Weg gehen und seine Ruhe haben.
Daniele ist aus Italien und kann (noch) kein Deutsch, daher reden wir viel Englisch in der WG.

In the shared flat, we like to watch films/series together or cook. The flat is on two floors, so we have two terraces and lots of space, so it's easy to get out of the way and have some peace and quiet.
Daniele is from Italy and doesn't speak German (yet), so we speak a lot of English in the shared flat.
Haustiere sind auf jeden Fall auch sehr sehr willkommen.
Ich würde einige meiner Sachen in der Wohnung/Zimmer lassen. Über eine Ablöse können wir je nach Bedarf gerne quatschen.
Essentielles wie Waschmaschine, Sofa, Teller etc. bleiben in der Wohnung.
Da der Hauptmieter auszieht, wird ein neuer Mietvertrag mit der neuen Wohngemeinschaft abgeschlossen.

Pets are also very very welcome.
The old tenant would leave some of his things in the apartment/room. A transfer fee can be discussed depending on your needs.
Essentials like washing machine, sofa, plates etc. will stay in the flat.
As the main tenant is moving out, a new tenancy agreement will be made with the new flat-sharing.
