Ruhige nichtraucher WG
Gerne erzähle ich euch /dir in einem Videochat mehr über die Wohnsituation .
Vorausgeschickt: es ist sehr ruhig und man kann gut Lernen , bis jetzt hört man auch keine Nachbarn oder sonst etwas bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es wirklich sehr still.
Wir sind keine party WG und das Hauptaugenmerk soll auf Studium oder Arbeit liegen .
Wenn ihr Fragen habt oder irgendwo hilfe benötigt dann zögert nicht mich zu kontaktieren.
Wir haben gute Erfahrungen mit Erasmusstudenten gemacht und sind hier sehr offen für alle die gerne eine Zeit in Wien studieren wollen .

Wir sind eine reine Nichtraucher WG
Ich habe beide Zimmer ausgeschrieben , ihr findet daher online 2 Anzeigen da ich flexibel bin welches Zimmer ihr gerne haben möchtet und ich mir gerne das jeweils andere nehme .
Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet dass man mit Koffer einziehen kann. Dh es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche , ein Bett einen Tisch und einen Kasten zur Benützung. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann ich euch gerne borgen wenn ihr die nicht selbst mitbringen wollt.
