Unsere neuen Mitbewohner wünschen wir uns ebenfalls als easy going, offen und respektvoll für ein temporäres Zusammen-Wohnen.
Wenn du auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit einer schönen Atmosphäre im grünen Teil Wiens bist, nahe der Donau und der U-Bahn-Station, dann bist du hier richtig!
Willst du joggen gehen oder einfach nur in der Natur entspannen?
Die Lobau und die Alte Donau sind nur 10 Minuten von dieser Wohnung entfernt.
Erkunde das Stadtzentrum mit der nächsten U-Bahn (U2/U1) und du bist innerhalb von 20 Minuten im Zentrum.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist sonnig und hell, mit einem Schlafsofa (140 breit), Kommode, Bücherregal und Kleiderablage ausgestattet.
Mitbewohner werden ersucht, unsere Hausregeln zu befolgen und unsere Nachbarn zu respektieren.
Das Haus ist auf Straßenniveau erreichbar, die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock - kein Lift.
Die 116m2 große Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich, Bad, extra Toilette, Vorraum und ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Klavier.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Regendusche ausgestattet.
In der gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Essbereich kann man kochen, backen, essen und entspannen.
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und die Sonne wird dich am Morgen im ostseitigen Zimmer aufwecken.
Auf dem Balkon kannst du im Sommer die Sonne genießen und das Rauchen ist dort gestattet.
Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze vorm Haus und in der Nähe.
Wir bieten auch eine private Garage für 30 € pro Monat, sowie Fahrräder für 5 € pro Tag an.
Internet sowie Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Geschirr und diverse Küchengeräte vorhanden.

Explore the city center with the nearest subway (U2/U1) and you'll be in the center within 20 minutes.
The available room is sunny and bright, furnished with a sofa bed (140 wide), chest of drawers, bookshelf and coat rack.
Roommates are asked to follow our house rules and respect our neighbors.
The house is accessible at street level, the apartment is on the second floor - no elevator.
The 116m2 apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area, bathroom, extra toilet, anteroom and a large, comfortable living room with piano.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a rain shower.
In the well-equipped kitchen with dining area you can cook, bake, eat and relax.
The apartment is lovingly furnished and the sun will wake you up in the morning in the east-facing room.
On the balcony you can enjoy the sun in summer and smoking is allowed there.
There is parking in front of the house and nearby.
We also offer a private garage for €30 a month and bicycles for €5 per day.
