A 16m² cozy room will be available from April 1st. The room costs are 355€/month (with internet and electricity) and the deposit 930€. The room will be given partially furnished (with redemption).
The apartment has 150m² and 5 rooms. The living room and the kitchen are on the first floor with a small balcony and the rooms on the second floor.
Your new flatmates Lars, Munther, Alessandro and Agil are mainly studying and working. The atmosphere among us is very good and from to time we like spending some time together in the living room talking or cooking.

Ein 16m² großes, gemütliches Zimmer wird ab dem 1. April verfügbar sein. Die Zimmerkosten betragen 355€/Monat (mit Internet und Strom) und die Kaution 930€. Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben (mit Ablöse).
Die Wohnung hat 150m² und 5 Zimmer. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche befinden sich im ersten Stock mit einem kleinen Balkon und die Zimmer im zweiten Stock.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner Lars, Munther, Alessandro und Agil studieren und arbeiten hauptsächlich. Die Stimmung unter uns ist sehr gut und ab und zu verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen im Wohnzimmer und reden oder kochen.
