Zwischenmiete von August bis September (2 Monate) für mein Zimmer in der schönen Donaustadt. Es kann eventuell ein paar Tage früher eingezogen werden.
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell, ca. 22 m^2 mit hoher Altbau-Decke sowie Parkett und liegt zu einer ruhigen Seitenstraße raus. Man hört wenig Autolärm und kann gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Ansonsten gibt's ein großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne und Dusche, ein zusätzliches WC und eine gemütliche Wohnküche. Eine Waschmaschine ist natürlich ebenfalls vorhanden. Unten haben wir ein Kellerabteil und einen überdachten Fahrradabstellplatz im Innenhof. Dort gibt es 2 von uns bepflanzte Hochbeete, da kann sicher was geerntet werden. Außerdem hat das Haus einen Aufzug.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Lissy sucht ebenfalls eine Zwischenmiete für ihr Zimmer (liegen nebeneinander, gleiche Größe, gleicher Preis).
I'm seeking a friendly and responsible tenant for my spacious room in the charming Donaustadt neighbourhood, available from August to September (2 months), with the possibility of moving in a few days earlier.
The room is generously sized, approximately 22 m^2, featuring a high ceiling and parquet flooring in a quiet side street. With minimal car noise, you can enjoy peaceful nights with the windows open.
The accommodation includes a large bathroom with a corner bath and shower, an additional WC, and a cozy eat-in kitchen. A washing machine is provided for your convenience. Additionally, there's a cellar compartment and covered bicycle parking in the inner courtyard.
For those with a green thumb, we have 2 raised beds ready for harvesting. Plus, the building is equipped with a lift for easy access.
My flatmate Lissy is looking for a subtenant as well (same size, same prize, the rooms are next to each other)
Die WG ist super angebunden, in 2 min ist man an der Station Stadlau (U2, Regionalzüge) oder an der Haltestelle der Bim (25). Mit der U2 ist man in 10 min am Prater, mit der S80 in 13 min am Hauptbahnhof oder in knapp 1 Stunde in Bratislava.
Für Naturfreunde gibts ebenfalls was, das Mühlwasser und die alte Donau sind gleich um die Ecke, wo man sich perfekt nach einem heißen Sommertag abkühlen kann. Alternativ ist die Lobau auch nicht weit.
The shared apartment has excellent transportation links. Within 2 minutes, you can reach Stadlau station (U2, regional trains) or the tram stop (25). The U2 line takes you to Prater in 10 minutes, while the S80 gets you to the main train station in 13 minutes or to Bratislava in just under an hour.
Nature enthusiasts will also find plenty to explore. Mühlwasser and the Old Danube are just around the corner, perfect for cooling off after a hot summer day. Alternatively, the Lobau nature reserve is also within easy reach.
Momentan leben hier 2 kuschelige Katzen und und 3 sehr nette menschlichen Mitbewohner, Sandra, Viki, Lissy (und du). Wir studieren/arbeiten alle an der Vetmed-Uni. Im Sommer werden vor allem Viki, ihr Partner und teilweise auch Sandra in Wien sein, daher wird es wahrscheinlich eher ruhig in der Wohnung. Wenn man jemanden zum Quatschen sucht, ist aber meist wer da und wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, kann man die sich auch gut nehmen.
Currently, there are 2 cuddly cats and 3 very nice human flatmates living here: Sandra, Viki, Lissy (and you). We all study/work at the Vetmed University. During the summer, Viki, her partner, and occasionally Sandra will mostly be in Vienna, so the apartment will likely be quiet. However, if you're looking for someone to chat with, there's usually someone around, and if you need some peace and quiet, you can easily find it.
Die Miete (380€/Monat) beinhaltet Internet und alles drumherum wie Klopapier und Putzzeug usw.
Für Besichtigungen bin ich noch bis Ende Juli in Wien, online geht aber auch. Ich würde für die Zeit einen Zwischenmietvertrag abschließen wollen.
Eigene Haustiere können leider nicht mitgebracht werden. Meine Sachen bleiben für den Zeitraum im Zimmer, ich werde sie natürlich beiseite räumen, sodass genug Platz für den eigenen Kram bleibt.

The rent (€380/month) includes internet and all the essentials like toilet paper and cleaning supplies. I'll be available for viewings until the end of July in person, but online viewings are possible as well. I'd like to arrange a sublease contract for the duration of the stay. Unfortunately, bringing pets of your own isn't possible. My belongings will remain in the room during this time, but I'll make sure to clear enough space for your own belongings.
