Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, mit einem Hochbett und hohen Decken ausgestattet und mit zwei Fenstern sehr hell. Deinen Pflanzen wird es darin gut gehen. Von deinem Zimmer aus kommst du dirket zu einem kleinen Steinbalkon auf dem sich sehr gut frühstücken oder ein Weinchen trinken lässt und die Sonne geniesen.

The room is small but cozy, equipped with a loft bed and high ceilings, and has two windows, making it very bright. Your plants will thrive there. From your room, you can access a small stone balcony that is perfect for having breakfast or enjoying a glass of wine while basking in the sun."
Zur Wohnung:
Du würdest dir ein großes Wohnzimmer teilen das manchmal als Gästezimmer für Freunde verwendet wird dank unserem Wohnzimmer-Hochbetts. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt einen kleinen Esstisch wo viel Zeit verbracht wird. Im Badezimmer gibts Badewanne und Dusche. Das Badezimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zu Patriks Zimmer, aber das war bis jetzt noch nie ein Problem. Achja, einen Radkeller und ein Kellerabteil gibts auch!
About the flat:
You would share a big living room that sometimes is used as a guestroom for friends, thanks to the loft bed there. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a little eating table. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. It is a walk through room, but that never was a problem . There is also a basement with bike racks!
Lage
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen im 6., Mariahilferstraße, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Trafik ist in 5min erreichbar. Auch zum Naschmarkt kann man gemütlich zu Fuß gehen.
U-Bahnstationen Zieglergasse (U3), Neubagasse(U3) und Pilgramgasse (U4) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit dem Rad ist man schnell mal im Stadtpark, beim Donaukanal und eigentlich auch überall sonst ;)
The flat is very central in the 6. district. Mariahilferstraße, Hofer, Spar, Billa, Trafik are reachable in 5min. You can also walk by foot to Naschmarkt.
The subwaystations Zieglergasse (U3) and Pilgramgasse (U4) are very close and with the bike you are quite fast in Stadtpark or the Danube-canal and actually everywhere else.
kein Platz für Sexismus, Rassismus, Klassismus, Homophobie usw!
Deine Mitbewohner sind Deniz, Özlem, Patrik und die zwei Hunde Lili und Best. Sie verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und es wird auch oft zusammen gekocht. Die Gespräche in der Küche sind meistens länger als geplant und drehen sich ums Universum, Politik und Fürze. Es ist auch der Ort wo amazing dance moves erfunden wurden! Es macht meistens Spaß mit ihnen abzuhängen aber sie haben auch ein offenes Ohr für Sorgen und Probleme wenns mal nicht so gut läuft. Allgemein würde ich sagen in der WG herrscht eine sehr angenehme, lustige, unterstützende Atmosphäre. Offene Kommunikation und Rücksicht aufeinander ist ihnen wichtig.
Kurz über deine vielleicht zukünftigen MitbewohnerInnen:
Özlem hat Botanik studiert und arbeitet jetzt im sozialen Bereich. Sie kümmert sich gerne um ihre zwei doggos, ist offen und gemütlich und hat kein Problem für sich selbst oder ihre Freunde einzustehen. Sie singt gerne in der Küche aber hat ein Last Christmas verbot für immer.
Patrick mag Tattoos und vegetarisches Essen und ist die am wenigsten anstrengende Person die ich je kennen gelernt hab. Vor kurzem hat er seine Ausbildung abgeschlossen und würde jetzt gerne mit Kindern arbeiten.
Deniz studiert Architektur und wäre dein direkter Nachbar. Er ist eine kleine Nachteule mit einem ausgezeichneten Musikgeschmack und Traumlocken ;) Im Moment ist er sehr beschäftigt mit seiner Bachelorarbeit.
Wir freuen uns dich kennen zu lernen ;) Da wir teilweise berufstätig sind und studieren wäre Abends oder am Wochenende am besten :)
No place for sexism, racism, classism, homophobia....
Your flatmates will be Deniz, Özlem, Lidia and the two dogs Lili and Best. They like to spend time together and cook together a lot! You always meet somebody in the kitchen and have conversations about the universe, politics and farts. It's also the place where amazing dance moves were invented! It's usually a lot of fun to hang out with them but they also have an open ear for worries and sorrows if it's a bad day. Over all I think there is a very supportive, fun environment in the flat. Open communication and respect for each other is important.

Özlem studied botany and works in the social field. She likes to take care of her two doggos and is a very open easy going person who has no problem to stand up for herself and her friends. She likes to sing in the kitchen but she is not allowed to sing last christmas ever ever again.
Patrick is the last person who moved in with us. He likes tattoos and vegetarian food and is the least stressful person I ever met. He recently finished his education to work with troubled children.
Deniz studies architecture and is a little nightowl with an amazing music taste and dream locks :P At the moment he is very busy with his bachelor thesis.
We're looking forward to meet you! Because we are working and studying evenings would be best for us

Die Miete beträgt 425€ im Monat. Dieser Betrag ist inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet. Dazu kommt monatlich 5€ in die gemeinsame Haushaltskasse.
Die Kaution sind drei Monatsmieten.

Rent is 425€ per Month, this includes all costs and internet. Each of us also pays 5€ /month in the household-kassa.
