<Bright and cozy flat>
The flat is calm and cozy. With sunlight, it’s perfect to study or have a quiet time. You can enjoy great weather and blue sky in the living room:) We have really nice and artistic living room decorated with plants and vintage furnitures:) There is also a big bookshelf in the livingroom, and you can put your books there.
The whole apartment is spacious and considering the cost of rent and the location(What I appreciated the most). It is great for people who value some me-time or quiet time. You can make yourself feel at home.

Since this has been a shared flat, I also lived in this room for some time, and this room is good for sleeping and for the person who wants time to relax.
It has a high ceiling, one windows in the room and heating(radiator).
- There is an attic, and I will empty it before you move in :)
- There is a hanger you can hang your clothes

<Super location>
It is located very close to Bus number 57A goes directly to Burgring, and 13A goes to Hauptbahnhof. It is really close to cool cafés, restaurants, bakeries and cultural stuff. Have you heard about 'Disco Volante'? This is one of the coolest Pizza places in Vienna, and it's only 30 seconds away from here. Also, there are gyms, and vintage stores nearby:)
IKEA is only 1 station away(also walkable), so it’s easy to drop by there to buy anything you need for the flat.
There are Hofer, Billa, Spar, Penny, and Lidl within a walkable distance(1~7 mins).
Mariahilferstraße(one of the main shopping streets in Vienna) is also within walkable distance, so if you are the first timer in Vienna, this place would be nice for you to feel at home yet enjoy a tourist lifestyle XD
<WG-Leben>
You will be living with my flatmate, Manon, who came from France to Vienna for an exchange semester. She is a nice person to talk to, live with and do something together. She is very respectful person, and we always would like to be respectful of each other's alone time. So our WG life style is very balanced between chill&chat&going out and being quiet and peaceful:) You will definitely like her!
