WG Zimmer im 7. Bezirk

Hallo liebe Leute,

Nicole, unsere geliebte Mitbewohnerin, zieht mit ihrem Freund zusammen und damit werden bei uns zwei Zimmer in unserer Wohnung frei! Du würdest zwei Zimmer haben, das eine 8m2 und das andere 11m2. Die Miete ist 350 Euro (all inclusive!!)
Da auf der Neustiftgasse auch Bauarbeiten laufen, hast du die einzigen zwei ruhigen Zimmer da sie beide auf den Innenhof zeigen (Deswegen sind sie aber auch etwas dunkler). Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, die gesamte Wohnung ist 125m2 mit großer Küche, Bad und Flur. Küche und Bad sind neu. Außerdem haben wir auch einen Gemeinschaftsgarten der liebevoll von den anderen Hausbewohnerinnen gepflegt wird und wo wir uns gerne im Sommer aufhalten, um zu frühstücken, zu lernen, zu rauchen usw :}. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich perfekt, wir sind 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt vom Volkstheater und es sind unzählige Bars, Cafes und andere Lokale in der direkten Umgebung.

Einzugsdatum daher flexibel weil wir wissen, dass das Semster für viele beginnt! Optimal wäre Nicole alles zwischen den 15. März und 01. April aber falls du früher einziehen willst, können wir bestimmt eine gute Lösung finden die für uns alle passt (Nicole könnte möglicherweise das Zimmer früher frei machen etc).

Du würdest mit Eric, Dominik, und Veronika zusammen leben, wir studieren alle an der Uni Wien und wohnen seit 1.5 Jahren zusammen. Wir sind zwischen 22-24 Jahre alt und suchen idealerweise auch jemanden ungefähr in unserem Alter. Wir suchen eine Person die gut mit uns harmoniert - zwar sind wir alle viel unterwegs, aber wenn wir zuhause sind verbringen wir gerne Zeit mit und untereinander. Uns ist es dabei wichtig, dass zuhause aber auch jeder seine Ruhe finden und nach stressigen Tagen entspannen kann.

Hello Dear People!

Nicole, our beloved roommate, is moving in with her boyfriend and so we have two rooms in our apartment that will be free! You would have two rooms, one 8m2 and the other 11m2. The rent is 350 Euro (all inclusive!!)
As there is also construction work going on on Neustiftgasse, you will have the only two quiet rooms as they both face the inner courtyard. The apartment is on the second floor, the entire apartment is 125m2 with a large bathroom, kitchen and hallway. Kitchen and bathroom are new. We also have a communal garden which is lovingly tended by the other residents and where we like to hang out in the summer to have breakfast, study, smoke etc :} Our flat is located perfectly in the 7th district, only 5 min walking distance to the metro station Volkstheater. There are numerous cafes, bars and other shops nearby.

The move-in date is flexible because we know that the semester starts for many at the beginning of March! Ideally, Nicole would prefer to move anywhere between March 15th and April 1st - but if you want to move in earlier I'm sure we can find a solution that works for all of us (Nicole could possibly free up her room earlier or smth).

You would be living together with Eric, Dominik, and Veronika, we are all students attending the University of Vienna and have been living together for the past 1.5 years. We are between the ages 22-24 y/o and are ideally looking for someone around our age. We are looking for someone who would be a good match for all of us - we're all on the move a lot, but when we're at home we really enjoy spending time with each other! But on the other hand it is really important for us to have a safe-space at home where we can also relax on our own after stressful days.
