Aufgrund von beruflichen Veränderungen ist mein schönes 25 m² Zimmer in unserer 5er WG zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist in einer hellen und geräumigen Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Stuck, Parkett,… Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine Art zweites Stockwerk, sonst ist es aber unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung bietet mit seinen knapp 250m² viel Platz. Neben einem riesigen Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Bad mit Badewanne und WC, ein separates WC, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, WLAN und viele Kästen zum Verstauen von wichtigen Dingen.
Diesen Palast teilst du dir mit Tina (JUS Studentin), Basti (Wirtschaftsprüfer), Christian (Forststudent) und Christina (Medizinstudentin). Christina ist ab Oktober auf Erasmus und kommt Anfang Jänner wieder. Da alle neben dem Studium oder Vollzeit arbeiten ist das WG leben eher ruhig. Dennoch wird auf ein gutes Miteinander viel Wert gelegt und auch mal ein Bierchen zusammen getrunken oder ein Film in unserem Homekino gesehen. Also eine klassische nicht Zweck - und nicht Party –WG ;-)
Die Gesamtmiete incl. aller Nebenkosten beträgt 490€ und die Kaution 1000€. Zur Ablöse der WG Geräte (Beamer, neuer Kühlschrank,…) fallen 250€ an. Die Regalleiter und die Zwischengeschoßkonstruktion sind mit 500€ (verhandelbar) abzulösen, was aber in der Regel vom Nachmieter wiederverlangt werden kann. Optional gibt’s noch ne Schlafcouch abzulösen. Einziehen könntest du ab sofort.
Zur dir, du solltest am besten zwischen 23 und 35 Jahre alt sein und für mindestens ein Jahr hier wohnen wollen. Wenn dich all das anspricht, dann melde dich telefonisch oder schreib eine kurze Mail und wir machen was zum Besichtigen aus.

This lovely room with huge 25m² in our five persons shared flat is free to rent from now on. The room is unfurnished however the rest of the flat is fully equipped. As all of your possible flatmates work next to studying the common living is more the relaxed type and not “partying” and “going out” type. Anyway we look for a harmonic way of living.
The rent is 490€ (with internet, heating, electricity,…). Deposit is 1000€ and a repay of 750€ for the second floor (see picture) and the common facilities.
