Die Wohnung allgemein ist recht hell, modern, mit 3 großen Zimmern, Balkon, einer Küche (Gasherd) mit Sitzecke und einem Vorraum.

~25m², very light and large room, with well insulated Windows. The flat is in General rather light, modern, with 3 big rooms, a balcony, kitchen and entrance hall.
Super Anbindung. Straßenbahnlinien 37,38,41,42,40 (zum Schottentor), 5, 33, bus40A) 2 Ubahnlinien in Gehdistanz (U6, 5min, U4, 10-15min). So kommt man überall schnell hin.
Die Gegend ist recht nett, viele Cafes, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte (WUK ist auch gleich um die Ecke - super zum draußen sitzen bis spät am Abend). Zudem ist am Franz-Josefs-Bhf gleich ein Supermarkt mit langen Öffnungszeiten und der Liechtensteinpark ist quasi um die Ecke.

Unsere Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir lösen Ende September die WG auf, d.h. wir, Katharina (28, aus OÖ, Analystin, Hauptmieterin) und Gaetan (25, aus Frankreich, IT-Projektmanager) vermieten das Zimmer tage- bzw. wochenweise.
Preis je nach Dauer/ Anzahl Personen/ etc.
Trotz der kurzen "Mietzeit" ist es mir wichtig, dass du ein verantwortungsbewusster und rücksichtsvoller Mensch bist.

Our flatmate moved out in July and so we Katharina (28, Austrian, Economist) and Gaetan (25, French, IT-Project Manager) are renting out the room on a daily or weekly Basis.
The Price will depend on the Duration of your stay and number of People.
We'd like to stress that as we are both working and this is the flat we share together, it is extremely important for us that you are a reliable and responsible Person that respects the unwritten rules of cohabitation ;)
