Da ich im Sommer im Ausland bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer weiter.
Das Zimmer ist 29m² groß, aber super geschnitten und durch die hohen Decken und das wunderbar riesige Altbaufenster kommt man sich unendlichem Platz vor.
Die großen Fenster sind zur Gasse raus - also ideal ruhig und mit sonnendurchfluteten Fenstern.
You will have the best start in the morning by the big windows, sunlight will wake you up, i appreciate this everyday :) the street is really calm. around us there are many young urban, students, young families and of course original viennese people, who will let you know everything by smalltalks in the street.
29qm, and my stuff will be there, i will make you some space in the wardrobe and else.
Die Lage ist super! In einer Sackgasse - also sehr ruhig und kein Straßenlärm. Sowieso doppelt ruhig, da dein Zimmer in die kleine Gasse schaut.
Für alle Medizinerinnen, Sprachwissenschaftlerinnen oder Naturwissenschaftlerinnen ist außerdem das AKH und der Campus direkt in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 1 min. ist man bei der 43/44 Haltestelle Brünnlbadgasse, in 3 min. bei der U6-Haltestelle Alser Str. oder auch an der 33/5 Haltestelle Lange Gasse.
Super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Billa, Spar, Hofer, Bipa, dm etc. ums Eck.
Falls man mal nachts die letzte Bahn verpasst hat, ist es auch aus fast allen Ecken der Stadt immer noch gut zu erreichen und gerade im Sommer ist es oft auch schön die Citybikes zu nehmen :)
Our flat is perfectly located in a calm small street, very close to the city central. You can reach nearly everything by walk and bike. The next city bike station is just 50 m, also the Metro station and Bus. So be sure, you will get home in the late hours after a great night spent out :)
several shops and cafes around you will let you enjoy your spare time, also my favourite ones in the 7th district, you`ll reach by bus in 5 min or walk 10-15 min. The historic city centre also, Donaukanal, as i said above everything. :)
Wir sind eine sehr familiäre WG und legen viel Wert auf einen liebe- und respektvollen Umgang miteinander, kochen auch gerne mal gemeinsam, quatschen bei einem Kaffee in der Küche oder gehen was trinken.
Wir haben allerdings auch alle immer viel um die Ohren in unserem Studium oder Job und da ist es auch wichtig mal Zeit und Ruhe für sich zu haben und Rücksicht auf die anderen zu nehmen. Bei allem Spaß, den wir alle gern miteinander haben, sind wir keine Party-WG.
Außerdem legen wir viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und darauf, dass sich alle wohlfühlen in der WG :)
Grundsätzlich sind wir aber alle drei sehr entspannt und lieb und man kann hier über alles hier reden ;)
Our WG is more like a small family, we love to spend time together, if its possible by everyones everyday struggle, if not even the kitchen talks will let you feel at home and make you happy after a said day, or start better in the morning :)
