In unserer Altbauwohnung wird vom 1. August bis 29. Februar ein voll möbliertes gemütliches ca. 8m² großes Zimmer plus 3m² persönlichen Abstellraum (aka begehbaren Kleiderschrank) frei. Ideal für Reisende, Arbeitende oder Studierende, Menschen jeglicher Form und Farbe, Geschlecht, Herkunft und sexueller Orientierung - wir heißen alle herzlichst willkommen!
Das Zimmer hat zwar ein großes Fenster jedoch mit Blick zum Stiegenhaus und ein sehr originelles, platzsparendes Hochbett. Ein Teppich, Lampen und viele Spiegel lassen das Zimmer größer wirken und machen es sehr gemütlich. Der Abstellraum mit Regal bietet sehr viel Platz für all deine Sachen. Die Wohnung besitzt eine große Küche, einen großen Flur, der als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird und luxuriöse Kleinigkeiten wie eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine! ;)

In our victorian style flat is a free room available from the 1st of august to the 29th of february. It’s a beautiful, approximately 8m² fully furnished room as well as a separate private 3m² storage room which could be your own walk-in closet.
The room is perfect for travellers, workers, and students, people of any colour, gender, ethnicity and sexual orientation – We welcome everybody!
The room has a large window with a view to the stairwell and a very original, space-saving bunkbed. A carpet, lamps and a lot of mirrors makes the room seem larger and makes it very comfortable and cosy. The storage room with a shelf offers a lot of space for all your belongings. The apartment has a large kitchen, a large entrance room, which is used as a living room and luxurious little things like a washing machine and dishwasher! ;)
Der 9. Bezirk ist super für alle Studenten, die nah an der Uni wohnen möchten oder einfach für alle diejenigen, die superschnell in der Innenstadt sein wollen. Die Straßenbahnen 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 sowie U6 und U4 sind in der Nähe und bringen dich überall hin, Campus und diverse geisteswissenschaftliche Institute und Medizinuni sind sogar zu Fuß (10-15 Min) zu erreichen.
Allerlei Geschäfte (Billa, Hofer, Spar, DM etc.) sind gleich nebenan.

The 9th district is great for all students who want to be close to the main university, and for anybody who wants to be very close to the inner city. Public transportation couldn’t be better around here. The tram 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 and the subway U6 and U4 are very close and get you everywhere. The medical school can be reached within 10 minutes by foot and there are a lot of stores and everything you need close by.
Zurzeit sind wir vier gesellige Leute in der WG - Benni (24), Sabine (29), Kathi (31) und Eva (22 - Ich bin diejenige deren Zimmer du bewohnen wirst). Wir studieren alle (Hauptuni, Angewandte und Filmakademie) und sind eine sehr offene und gesellige WG die gerne mal im Wohnzimmer gemeinsam Zeit verbringt (zum Beispiel machen wir ab und zu gerne einen Spieleabend) und gelegentlich kochen wir auch zusammen. Wir suchen nach einer herzlichen Person die sich bei uns wohlfühlt.

We currently are four sociable people in the flat - Benjamin (24) Sabine (29) Kathi (31), and Eva (22 the one who's room will be yours). We are all studying at different universities in Vienna. We like to socialize and cook together, go out and spend our time exploring the city. We are looking for a warm-hearted, open-minded person that feels comfortable living in our flat.
Miete beträgt 280€ warm im Monat inkl. Internet, Kaution sind 500€ und für die Nutzung der im Zimmer verbleibenden Möbel und diverse allgemeine Anschaffungen (Waschmaschine, Lampen, Geschirr, Messer, usw.) fallen 250€ Ablöse an.

The rent is 280€ a month which includes everything from rent, warm water to electricity and internet. There is a fee for washing machine, lamps, dishes, knifes etc. for 250€ and the deposit will be 500€ which you´ll get back.
