Looking for flatshare for 2/Mitbewohnerin für große Wohnung gesucht!

Da meine liebe Mitbewohnerin und Freundin trauriger Weise nach Schweden zurück geht , suche ich ab 1. August eine neue MitbewohnerIn für das Zusammenwohnen in einer charmanten großen Altbauwohnung 140 m2 (2 er WG).
Neben dem großen Zimmer (von ca. 28 m²) würden wir uns ein weiteres Zimmer (Wohnzimmer/Gästezimmer ca 20 m2),ein großes Vorzimmer und die Küche teilen. Du hättest ein eigenes kleines Badezimmer (mit Dusche) Im zweiten Badezimmer sind auch eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine zur Mitbenützung vorhanden. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Doppelbett und einen kleinen Kasten und ein Klavier im Vorzimmer.
Als Stadtwohnung hat die Wohnung gut isolierte große Altbaufenster und ist ruhig. Für ganz lärmempfindliche Menschen jedoch nicht zu empfehlen, da alle Fenster auf die Straße hinausgehen und es immer einen minimalen Lärmpegel gibt.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral (10 Min. Gehweg zum Ring) bei der U-Bahn Station Friedensbrücke. Die Straßenbahnlinien, D-Wagen, 5er und 33er sind vor der Haustür.
Die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand, jedoch auch sehr gross und Altbau, sprich sie bedarf gewisser Aufmerksamkeit um sie sauber und in Schuss zu halten, daß heißt ein gewisses Maß an Initiative ist wichtig. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung mit vielen Pflanzen.

Gesamtkosten: 600€ pro Monat
Im Preis sind Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas und Internet(Wifi) bereits inkludiert.
Da sich viele Leute interessieren und die Treffen zeitaufwendig sind, bitte ich euch nur zu melden wenn der Preis für euch realistisch ist. Das Angebot ist für eine Person.

Ich bin Künstlerin und arbeite im Bereich Performance, Installation und Video. Ich reise viel und gerne, besonders nach Asien und habe meinen Arbeitsbereich nicht immer aber teilweise auch zuhause und hab es dann gerne ruhig. Ich bereite mich auch gerade auf ein PHD vor. Ich suche eine aufgeschlossene MitbewohnerIn, (am liebsten ab 30 J.) welche ebenfalls Gefühl und Initiative für eine kreative, ordentliche Wohnatmosphäre besitzt und Ruhe, Konzentration für ihr Schaffen und Arbeiten braucht. Da ich wirklich nicht in einer Zweck Wg leben kann und will, freue ich mich über jemanden mit dem man auch mal gemeinsam Abendessen kann oder gemeinsam etwas unternehmen kann.
Ich gehe gern und viel ins Theater, zur Ausstellungen und versuche so oft es geht ins Grüne zu kommen.

Since my dear flatmate and friend is moving back to Sweden I am looking for a new female flatmate for a beautiful 3rd floor 140 m2 apartment in the 9th district from 1. august on.
Your room would be a charming, bright and friendly 28m2 room, as well a shared living room (20m2) , a huge entrance hall with piano, your own small bathroom (with shower) and a shared kitchen. You are free to also use the other bathroom that has a bathtub in it and a washing machine. You can find everything you need.
The apartment is in top location ( a 10 minutes walk to the inner city). In front of the door there is the d-line, the tram number 5 and 33 and the metro stop Friedensbrücke (U4).

Cost per month: 600€ all-inclusive (also Wifi)

I am a visual artist working in the field of performance, installation and video. I travel a lot for projects, in great love with asian countries. When I am in Vienna I have a working room inside the flat. To be frank, I like it quiet as i need to focus on work, though i am a very social person. At the moment I am also in preparation of a PHD in art and practise as well as another trip to Japan. I look for an open-minded flatmate (30 +) who possibly has also some interest in the arts or other cultural activities and also possesses feeling and initiative for a creative, clean living atmosphere in need for tranquility to focus on work and research. I am a person that needs to have interactions with the person I live with, to share a meal once in a while or go out together for cultural activities or into nature.
This is a non smoking apartment with a lot of plants that like to be watered.
