Mein Zimmer ist klein aber fein, ebenerdig und hat sehr nette, offene, witzige, internationale Mitbewohner.
Studierst auf der Boku, Hauptuni, am Unicampus (Spitalgasse/Langegasse), Althanstraße Bio oder am Juridicum oder machst du ein Praktikum im Zentrum Wien? Dann hast du echt nicht lang hin. Der neunte ist super schön und ruhig. Unsre Nachbarn sind problemlos- Parties werden nicht beachtet.
Der Liechtensteinpark gleich ums Eck, Donaukanal 10 min entfernt, zum Deewan (supergünstiges supergutes Essen) sind's 7min, vom Bioladen bis zum Hofer alles innerhalb 10 min zu Rad/Fuß erreichbar.
Mein Fahrrad darfst du gerne benutzen.
Es gibt eine vollausgestattete Küche, ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, zwei Toiletten, ein Badezimmer, einen Extraraum mit Dusche.
