Dein Zimmer geht in den Innenhof. Das große Wohnzimmer ebenfalls, außerdem hat es den ganzen Nachmittag über Sonne.
Die Küche verfügt über einen Gasherd (!) und Elektroofen.
Das sehr helle Wohnzimmer ist mit einer großen Couch + Couchtisch, einem Esstisch, Plattenspielern, Beamer und einer Dartscheibe ausgestattet.
The room itself has 9m², but as the living room has 22m², there is enough space in the flat. The room is furnished and has a small double bed with a nice matress (1,20m).
The sunny living room has a couch, a table, turntables, beamer and a dartboard.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Liechtensteinstraße 103 im schönen 9. Wiener Bezirk.
Öffentlich ist die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden, man ist in ca. 15 min am Museumsquartier.
Ums Eck sind auch:
- Der Franz-Josef-Bahnhofs-Billa, welcher jeden Tag bis 22 Uhr offen hat (yeah!)
- Der sehr schöne Liechtensteinpark (schreit nach wilden Petanqueturnieren)
- Fast alle Unis
- Donaukanal
- die geilsten Empanadas Wiens
The flat is located in the beautiful 9th district at Liechtensteinstraße 103. It is approx 15 min to the Museumsquartier, so its pretty central and well connected via public transport.
Around the corner are:
- The railwaystation Franz Josefsbahnhof (with a "night"-supermarket, at least for viennese standards)
- many universities
- a nice park (Liechtensteinpark)
- the best empanadas of vienna
- etc.
Ich habe Schauspiel studiert und mache gerade auch meinen Master (Raumplanung) fertig und bin sonst eigentlich auch recht umtriebig. Ich bin auch mal unterwegs oder hab ab und an ein paar Leute zum Essen da. Mir ist wichtig, dass man nicht an sich vorbeilebt sondern halbwegs gemeinsam den WG-Alltag bestreitet, also auch mal gemeinsam kocht etc. Ich will sicher keine Party-WG aber sicher auch nichts komplett totes, irgendwas dazwischen =)
I studied acting and currently try to finish my masters (in spatial & urban planning). Generally, I am an outgoing person, like to cook and to go for a (or more) beer(s). I like living in this flat together, which means a certain degree of basic social activities like cooking or drinking are more than welcome. I like it calm, but not too calm =)
Das Zimmer ist ca. ab Mitte Mai frei und ist möbliert (Tisch, Bett, Kastl). Was du damit machst, ist dir überlassen.
