Hello people, due to a research visiting period in Italy I want to temporarily offer my room in Viena.
Your room: Private 24 m² in a 4er WG, including a double bed, TV, wardrobe, sofa and a study space. The appartment and also your room is totally furnished (for more pictures and informations, just let me know).
Location: Spitalgasse, 1090. Very nice location, specially for students. Exactly in front the Altes AKH campus, and less the 10 minutes walking from Schottentor Station (U2). The tram number 5 pass just in front of the main door. Supermarkets (Billa and Hofer)in less than 10 min walking distance. All the touristic locations of the city center are easily reachble by foot.
Your flatmates will be: Jackob, David and Chris. Really nice, easygoing and sociable students on the ages between 22-24 years.
Price: only 400 euros (all inclusive), but negotiable for fractionate periods.
Please, don´t hesitate me if you are interessed. I can be quite flexible!
