Wir suchen eine Studentin - nicht älter als 30 - für ein Doppelzimmer - Ein Mädchen wird mir dir das Zimmer teilen!
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Studentenheim und wird einmal pro Woche geputzt.
In die Wohnung gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtischen, einen Toilette mit einer Dusche, jede Bewohnerin hat eigene Schränke und Regale.
Die Küche ist mit den anderen Zimmern im gleichen Stock geteilt. Die Küche ist sehr groß und hell, es ist auch vollmöbiliert.(Mikrowelle, Ofen, Wasserkocher...)
In der Studentenheim gibt es viele junge und nette Studenten.

We are looking for a female student - not older than 30 - to share a double room. Another girl will be sharing the room with you!
The room is located in a student dormitory and is cleaned once per week.
In the apartment, you can find a bedroom with desks and a toilet with shower. Each roommate will also have her own closet and shelves.
The kitchen is shared with the other rooms in the same floor. The kitchen is very big and bright, and also completely furnished (microwave, oven, kettle...)

Die Lage vom Zimmer ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr gut mit Öffis verbunden, nur 2 Minuten enfernt von Spittalgasse wo eine Haltestelle von 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 und Nachtbus gibt.
Die U6 Linie ist in 5 minuten zu Fuß oder einfach mit Strassenbahn erreichbar.
Es ist 5 Minuten zu fuß zur Medizinische Universität entfernt, auch es ist sehr in der nähe von Uni Wien - 5 Minuten mit Strassenbahn.
In der nähe gibt es auch viele Geschäfte z.B. Hofer, DM, Bänke, Restaurants und Cafes.
Nur 2 Minuten enfernt von einem Park.

The location of the room is very good. It is very good connected to the rest of the city with public transport, in only 2 minutes you can reach Spitalgasse where you will find the station for the Trams 5, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 and the Nightline.
The U6 metro line is only 5 minutes away by foot and is also reachable by tram.
In the area of the room, you can find many shops like supermarkets, banks, restaurants and cafés.
You are also only 2 min away from a park.

Du wirst das Zimmer mit einer andere Mädchen teilen. Du wirst aber auch so viele Leute kennenlernen, wenn du Lust dafür hast.
Im Haus wohnen ungefähr 80 Personen aber es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Im Keller gibt es ein Gym mit viele Geräten, eine Washküche auch mit Trockner.
Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Gemeinschaftsraum mit TV und Sofas - wo man Rauchen darf -, ein Lernraum mit einem Klavier und ein Fahrradabstellraum gibt es auch.

You will share the room with another girl. You will also be able to get to know many other students if you want to!
In the building, there are around 80 students, but it is nevertheless very calm.
In the basement, there is a gym with many machines and washing room with a dryer.
In the ground floor there are many facilities such as a common room with TV and sofas - where it is allowed to smoke -, a study room with a piano, and a bicycle storage is also to find.
DEUTSCH:
Es würde auch möglich für dich sein für längere Zeit im Zimmer zu bleiben, aber dann ab SEPTEMBER die Konditionen werden sie sich verändern (Miete, Kaution...). Wenn du Interesse dafür hast, wir können gerne gemeinsam darüber sprechen.
