Im August ist bei uns ein ca 20m2 großes, helles Zimmer im 9. Bezirk frei. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und befindet sich zwischen den U6-Stationen Währinger Straße und Nussdorfer Straße quasi gegenüber der Canisiuskirche. Die Stationen Währinger Straße-Volksoper (U6, 40, 41, 42), Canisiusgasse (37, 38) und Nußdorfer Straße (U6, 37, 38) sind ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Billa, Spar, Bipa etc ebenfalls.
In der Wohnung gibt es noch eine große Küche, Bad und getrenntes WC, die mit Maria, meiner unkomplizierten und netten Mitbewohnerin, geteilt werden.

I am looking to let a 220ft2 sized, bright room in August. It is located in the ninth district near Canisiuskirche, so nearest public transportation stops (within 5 minuntes of walking distance) would be Währinger Straße-Volksoper (U6, 40, 41, 42), Canisiusgasse (37, 38) und Nußdorfer Straße (U6, 37, 38). Also, supermarkets like Billa, Spar, Bipa etc are right around the corner.
The flat includes a big kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet which will be shared with Maria, my easy-going flatmate.
