Frei wird ein kleines, aber feines Zimmer in einer schöner Altbauwohnung im 9. Bezirk für die Sommermonate.
Wann? Ab 1. Juli für 2-3 Monate. Die Ein- und Ausziehdaten sind flexibel!
Wo? In der Liechtensteinstraße auf der Höhe von der Vereinsstiege - in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es mehrere öffentliche Anbindungen sowie 37, 38, D, 40A, 5, U6 und U4. Auch mit dem Rad ist man in kürzester Zeit in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte und sonstiges sind auch gleich ums Eck.
Wie? Die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz für zwei Personen, neben den zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und ein separates WC. Da ich im Juli und August jeweils für zwei Wochen verreise, steht dir auch der kleine, sonnige Balkon in meinem Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung.
Wer? Gesucht wird eine verantwortungsvolle, unabhängige Person, die ab und an auch gerne bei einem Glas Wein oder einer Tasse Tee gemütlich zusammen sitzt. Als Wienerin kann ich dir einiges über die Stadt erzählen, entdecke sie aber selbst immer auch gerne neu. Nach einem Jahr im Ausland genieße ich erst einmal den Sommer zwischen Wien und der Welt, bevor es im Herbst zurück an die Uni geht.

Small, but cosy room for rent in a spacious "Altbauwohnung" during the summer months.
When? Starting 1st of July until the End of September. Moving-in and -out dates are flexible!
Where? At Liechtensteinstrasse, next to Vereinsstiege. There are several public transport lines close-by, such as 37, 38, D, 40A, 5, U6 and U4. With the bike you only take 10-15 minutes to the city center. Supermarkets are also a few steps away.
How? The appartement is pretty big and leaves plenty of room for two people. Beside the 2 bedrooms there is a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Since I will be on vacation for two weeks in July and in August, you can also use the little sunny balcony in my room.
Who? I am looking for a responsible, independent person, who, from time to time, enjoys to sit together around a glass of wine or a cup of tea. As a Viennese, I can tell you a lot about the city, but I am also keen on discovering its new sides. After spending a year abroad, I am spending the summer in Vienna and on travels, before heading back to University in autumn.
