Hello everyone!
Our shared flat is looking for a new roommate. The apartment is bright and spacious and offers all the amenities you need to live comfortably! The room for rent is currently furnished and will remain that way unless otherwise indicated. The furniture available to you is a bed with two side tables and a detachable headboard, a desk and desk chair, two small night tables, and clothes closet. We can discuss a price if you are interested in all or some of the furniture :) The piano seen in the pictures is not included.
The flat is in a GREAT location. Directly next to a Billa/Bipa that is open until 10 every night and on Sunday's. It is a few minute walk from Hofer and an Apotheke as well as dm, Denn's Bio markt and several restaurants and cafe's. It's about a 4 minute walk to the U4 station Friedensbruecke and a 2 minute walk to the tram lines D, 33, and 5. About a 10 minute walk to the U6.
At the moment the flat is shared by 2 masters students and one teacher. We very much enjoy spending time together as flatmates but also respect each other's alone time (especially when it's testing time ;)) Cleanliness is important to us so we have a weekly cleaning plan that allows one of us to take turns cleaning the shared areas once a week. Because of our dedication to our studies and work, we are not a party WG. We love having people over and meeting new friends but to respect our neighbors and each other, we don't have large house parties. We are looking for a girl to join our flat who speaks either German or english... at the moment we speak German in the flat but our open to new things :) Most importantly we are looking for someone to take over the title as "main renter." If this is not something you think you can do, we can't offer you the room :(
