Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 132 m2 WG mit 3 sehr lieben Mitbewohnern (Fabi, Flo & Tobi: Studenten, stubenrein & freundlich)! :)
In der WG befindet sich eine schöne Küche (inkl Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Ofen), ein geräumiges Bad (inkl Waschmaschine und Badewanne) sowie ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer (inkl Fernseher, Xbox).
Miete monatlich: € 450,- (inklusive aller Betriebskosten, Strom, Heizung, superschnellem W-Lan)
Kaution: € 400,-

Very good public transport connection:
Metro: U4 Friedensbrücke - 2 min
Tram: Number D, 33, 5 - 1 min
(With tram D within 10 minutes to Schottentor/University of Vienna)

Billa-Supermarket at the Franz-Joseph-Station (every day open until 10pm), Spar, Hofer, dm, McDonalds, Denn's Bio Market, ...
