Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster nach Osten, morgens Sonne, Fischgrätenparkett und wunderbar hohe Decken. Du kannst es direkt vom Flur aus begehen. Es gibt noch eine zweite Tür zu Milenas Zimmer, die wird aber nicht benutzt. Momentan sind keine Möbel im Zimmer, wir können aber gerne etwas reinorganisieren, wenn du keine Möbel mitbringst!
Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr hell, was auf den Fotos nicht sehr gut rauskommt. Es gibt eine großzügige Küche inklusive Geschirrspüler, Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine sowie ein seperates WC. Außerdem haben wir noch ein kleines, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit funktionstüchtigem Jugendstil-Kachelofen.
Besser gehts nicht: In 5 Minuten ist man an der Spitalgasse, an der 7 Straßenbahnlinien abfahren, in 10 Fußminuten an der U6 (Währingerstraße) und der 13A (Skodagasse). Zu den zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel, Drogerie, Apotheke, Bank etc) läuft man auch nur 5 Minuten. Außerdem sind das AKH und der Uni-Campus nicht weit.
Wir - Milena (studiert Internationale Entwicklung) und Franziska (arbeitet am Burgtheater) - wohnen zwar noch nicht lange zusammen, verbringen aber gerne Zeit miteinander. Wir kochen oft (vegetarisch), gehen gemeinsam ins Theater, ins Kino oder zu Demos und verschönern unsere Wohnung. Wir leben sehr gemeinschaftlich und sind eine eher ruhige und entspannte WG.
Der Einzug wäre ab sofort möglich, die Miete beinhaltet alles (auch Strom, Internet etc.).
Schreib uns doch ein paar Zeilen über dich, was du in Wien machst, warum du umziehst, was du dir von einer WG wünschst usw. - und dann können wir uns bei einer Tasse Kaffee, einem Spritzer oder auch einfach per Skype kurz kennen lernen.

The bright room with high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor is free until the end of May. Currently it is unfurnished, but we will put in some furniture for you. The apartment also has a spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) and a living room.
The flat is located very well in the ninth district. There are a lot of shops nearby and the next tram station, where seven lines go, is just five minutes away. You can also easily walk to the U6 or the bus 13A.
You would live with Milena (currently doing her master's in Development Studies) and Franziska (who works at Burgtheater). We cook together very often, go out to the theatre or the cinema or just to enjoy the sun. You can always join us if you want. We like our flat to be a relaxed and calm place, where everyone can get some rest and feel at home.
The rent covers everything (also internet etc.) You could move in right away. It would be also possible to rent it for a subperiod. Just write a few lines about yourself and we can get to know each other via phone or Skype.
