es handelt sich um ein ca. 10m2 großes, trapezförmiges Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung. Das Fenster blickt Richtung Osten und in den Hof hinaus und ist deshalb sehr ruhig, die Sonne kommt vor allem vormittags herein.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (Bett 1,40m, Schreibtisch und Regal).
Der große Pluspunkt an der Wohnung ist das große und sehr gemütliche Wohnzimmer, welches selbstverständlich mitbenützt werden kann. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd und alles, was man sonst so braucht. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine.

I'm renting out a nice little room in my flat in central Vienna. The room is facing eastwards and to the courtyard which makes it very quiet and you have the sun in the morning.
The room is furnished (bed 140cm, desk, shelf).
The best thing about the flat is the very bright, cosy and spacious living room that you are of course very welcome to use as well.
There's a gas stove and other appliances in the kitchen. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich mitten im neunten Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Man ist innerhalb gemütlicher 15min Gehzeit mitten im ersten Bezirk. Die Hauptuni und Med-Uni (AKH) sind direkt in Gehweite und auch die BOKU ist schnell erreichbar.
Direkt vor der Türe fahren die Straßenbahnlinien 5, 33, 37 und 38 sowie die Buslinie 40A. Die U-Bahnlinien U4 (Friedensbrücke) und die U6 (Währinger Str./ Volksoper) sind bei in guten 6min Gehzeit erreichbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich quasi direkt vor der Türe und auch nette Cafés und Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe zur genüge.
The flat is located in the middle of the 9th district, approximately 15 minutes by foot from the first district. There are shops, cafés and everything else you could possibly need within a few minutes walking. The AKH and main university buildings are also very close.
The U4 (Friedensbrücke) and U6 (Währinger Straße) are both in walking distance and several tram lines (5, 33, 37, 38) and the 40A bus are only a few meters away.
Gesucht wird eine ruhige, entspannte aber auch gesellige Person zwischen ca 20 und 35 Jahren.
Aufgrund von 40h Schichtdienst in der Woche und viel zu lernen werd ich mich leider nicht so sehr in das WG-Leben einbinden können, wie ich das selbst gerne hätte. Dennoch wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man sich hin und wieder mal gemeinsam das ein oder andere Bier gönnt, gemeinsam isst oder etwas unternimmt.
I'm looking for someone calm and relaxed aged between 20 and 35.
As I'm working 40 hours and have a lot of studying to do during the next months I won't have as much time for my flatmate as I would like to. It would be nice though to share dinner or drinks every once in a while and there should still be time for some activities.
