Hallöchen es ist soweit, meine wundervolle Mitbewohnerin zieht leider wieder zurück nach Deutschland, dafür wird aber ihr großes, helles Zimmer ab Juli/Aug frei.
Vermietet wird ein ca. 25qm Zimmer (Altbau) im 9. Bezirk in einer 2er WG.
Fischgrätenparkett, Flügeltüren, Hohe Decken, Badewanne, Waschmaschine etc.
Öffentliche Anbindung ist perfekt: (zu Fuß) U6 Nussdorfer 4min, U6 Währinger 5min, 37 & 38 Tram 2min, etc.
Man ist also echt super schnell in der Stadt oder bei der Uni.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa, Bipa, Hofer, Spar, Veganista, Swing Kitchen, Alle zwischen 150m und 600m entfernt.
Wer bereits hier wohnt: Ich (Medizin Studentin) und eine Mops Dame.
Ich lebe vegan, koche und backe viel, treibe viel Sport, arbeite, studiere, singe, tanze, male etc.
Mir geht es um ein harmonisches Zusammenleben bei dem es Allen gut geht.
