Da ich aus meinem Wohnheimzimmer früher als ursprünglich geplant ausziehe, suche ich eine Person (sollte eine Frau sein) die für maximal sechs Wochen (15. Juli bis 31. August) noch eine unkomplizierte Unterkunft sucht.
Das Wohnheim vom Afro-Asiatischen-Institut befindet sich im 9. Bezirk an der Grenze zum 1. Bezirk. Durch die Lage hast du perfekte Öffi-Anbindung, denn die U-Bahnstation Schottentor (U2, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 1, 71, D, 1A, N41, N43) ist nur 4 Minuten entfernt. Den Donaukanal erreichst du auch zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Das Zimmer hat 10,32m² und würde 289€ pro Monat kosten (+100€ Kaution, die du natürlich zurückbekommst). Bad und WC teilst du dir mit einer wahnsinnig netten und unkomplizierten Nachbarin. Die Küche wird zwar vom ganzen Stockwerk benützt aber im Sommer sind nur wenige Studenten da. Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen usw. ist alles vorhanden und kann mitbenützt werden. Im Preis enthalten ist W-Lan und die Reinigung des Zimmers inklusive des Bads und des WCs ca. alle 2 Wochen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Hofer, Billa, Bipa, Post, usw.) sind auch genug im Umkreis und alle innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.

As I am moving out of my student home a little earlier than expected, I am looking for someone (preferably female) who would like to rent my room for 6 weeks between July, 15th and August, 31st.
The student home is located in 9th district right at the border tot he first district, so it does not get much better locationwise. The connection to public transportation is brilliant, with the underground station „Schottentor“ (U2, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 1, 71, D, 1A, N41, N43) less than 5 minutes away. There is also a tram and a busstation rigth around the corner. To „Donaukanal“ it is also less than 10 minutes walking.
The room itself has around 11 square meters.You would share the bathroom and a seperate toilet with my very nice, friendly and uncomplicated neighbour. There is one kitchen for the whole floor, but as it ist he summer holidays there won`t be to many people around. Kitchen equipment like cuttlery, plates, pans, pots and so on are already there and free to use. The rent would be 289€ plus a deposit of 100€, which of course you will get back. The rent includes a cleaning lady who cleans the room and bathroom every one and a half weeks plus WiFi.
Near the student home there are lots of shops (Spar, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Postoffice…) all reachable within 5 minutes.
