The room has an unusual nice shape focusing on the two windows. During the day there is a lot of sun coming into the room. The room will be furnished, including a bed (160x200), a couch, a clothes rail, a commode and a desk. The room is only accessable by walking through Lukas' or Leonie's room. Fortunately, it is not a walk-through room and you always have two options to access or leave the room. Leonie and Lukas are very easy-going with walking through their rooms, so no worries!
The location of the apartment could not be better. It is very close to the first district, not even 10 min walking from Schottentor U-Bahn station. You can easily reach the Donaukanal within 5-10 minutes. Billa, Hofer and Spar are very close as well as several restaurants and cafes.
We are spending quite a lot of time together, either cooking, drinking a glass of wine or beer or going out together with friends, to the movies, parties, bars, or restaurants. It is a very peaceful and harmonic atmosphere. Leonie is working at Swing Kitchen, Lukas is finishing his masters in psychology, and Constantin is applying for PhDs.
I will be in Geneva for a conference from 7 July until 4 August. As this might be a quite narrow time frame I would be flexible and sublet the room weekly or however it might suit best.
