Ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für meine schöne, große Altbauwohnung in der Rossauerlaende (direkt neben der U4 Station). Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit einer sehr lieben Mitbewohnerin (Lidia) teilen, die zurzeit ihren PhD in Molekularbiologie macht. Lidia wird ca. noch ein halbes Jahr in Wien bleiben und es wird daher ein Hauptmieter gesucht, der dann in der Wohnung bleibt.
Das WG Zimmer ist 20 m^2 groß und unmöbliert, ansonsten ist die Wohnung möbliert (inklusive Waschmaschine). Bad und WC sind getrennt. Die Wohnung kann provisionsfrei übernommen werden, allerdings muss eine Ablöse für die Küche und eventuell für weitere Möbel gezahlt werden.
