Unsere wunderschöne, behagliche Altbau-Wohnung im 9. Wiener Bezirk würde in den Sommermonaten, Juli und August, in welchen wir nicht in Wien sind, für nette Menschen zur Verfügung stehen, die so wie wir gepflegtes, stilvolles Wohnen schätzen.
Unsere Ruheoase liegt an einem Park und dennoch mitten im Zentrum. Strassenbahnen, U-Bahn und Radwege führen überall schnell hin. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Theater und Museen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zur Verfügung stehen zwei Wohnräume (Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett), ein Aufenthaltsraum, der von uns als Bibliothek und Arbeitsraum mit WLAN Anschluss genutzt wird, sowie eine Wohnküche und ein Bad. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie.

Our beautiful, cosy flat in an old building in Vienna's 9th district is available in the summer months, July and August, during which we are not in Vienna, for nice people who, like us, appreciate well-kept, stylish living.
Our oasis of peace is located next to a park and yet right in the centre. Trams, underground and cycle paths lead everywhere quickly. Shops, restaurants, theatres and museums are in the immediate vicinity.
There are two living rooms (living room with sofa bed and bedroom with double bed), a lounge, which we use as a library and workroom with WLAN connection, as well as a kitchen-cum-living room and a bathroom. The flat is ideal for a couple or a small family.
