The room is nice and bright. It has a double bed and an extra 1-person mattress. It has a smaller cabinet and a clothing closet, as well as some drawers in the bed. There's also a full-size mirror. I will be leaving some stuff behind for when I come back, but overall you'll have a lot of space. The desk is big enough and has two different chairs for your preference. Both windows open and temperature is overall great in this room.
It's located at tram 2 stop Innstrasse, at 5mins walking from S-Bahn station Traisengasse. You're by the Donau in 3mins and at Schwedenplatz in 10mins. Billa and Hofer are just around the corner.
I enjoy the neighbourhood a lot, it's lively but not so that there is noise at night. Especially going for a walk by the river is amazing, or visiting the Hannovermarkt for fresh vegetables is a great perk!
You would join my 3 roommates, all in their 20s and working/interning.
There are two bathrooms and two toilets separately. So we don't usually have any issues with that!
We often hang out together, have roommates' dinners or just drinks after work, but we also totally appreciate time for yourself. We are very flexible in that sense, and very fun! There's also a beamer and xbox, which are very popular.

I will be gone from 4 December until 12 January, so the room is available for that period. You would pay €525 per month, which is lower than the actual rent as I will continue to contribute as well. This price includes utilities, so no extra fee for that.
