Ich vermiete ab 1. Okt. ein Zimmer in einer netten 4er-WG, da ich ausziehe. Die Miete beträgt ca. 290 € / Monatlich und beinhaltet bereits alles (Strom, WLAN usw.)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 m² groß und teilmöbliert (2 Matratzen, Schreibtisch, Regal und kommode... Ablöse €75). Die große Küche, in der sich auch ein gemütliches Sofa befindet, bietet alles was man braucht und wird auch gerne als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt =). In der Wohnung befinden sich zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler. Internet ist natürlich auch vorhanden!

From the 1st of October I want to let a single room in a shared apartment with 3 other students, because I leaving to my flat. The cost to rent the room is around 290 € per month (including electricity, WLAN etc).
The room is unfurnished and about 17 m² (comes with it 2 Mattresses, studying table, shelves and chest of drawers, costed all €75) . The spacious kitchen, with its homely sofa, contains everything you need and has the function of a common room too =). In the flat you can also find a washing machine to do the laundry and a dishwasher. Of course, internet is available too.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 20. Bezirk, Nähe U4 Friedensbrücke (5 min), U6 Jägerstraße (10 min) und den Straßenbahnstationen 5, 31 und 33. In 1-2 min Entfernung finden sich mit einigen Supermärkten und dem Hannovermarkt auch genügend Möglichkeiten für den Einkauf.

The flat is situated in the 20th district near the subway stations U4 Friedensbrücke (5 min), U6 Jägerstraße (10 min) and the tram stations 5, 31, 33 (in front of the house). Supermarkets and the Hannovermarket are located just a 2 minutes walk from the flat.
We are:
- I am Hilmi from Turkey (26), studying a bachelor of Computer Science and work in the weekend in Gastronomy, enjoy art and graphic Design and sometimes make living out of it, music and fitness is also a big part of my daily life.
- I am Mustafa from Iraq (30), finished my bachelor in Computer and communication Engineering and will start a Master program in October in Cognitive Science, trained also to work with refugees and with experience the social/Humanitarian sector.
- I am Tatjan from Germany (25), studying Anthropology and work in the weekends and sometimes during the week. I am also starting a training in DAF to be able to teach German.
Wir verbringen gerne manchmal(nicht regelmäßig) Zeit miteinander, respektierien jedoch die Privatsphäre der Mitbewohner und Mitbewohnerinnen.
Wichtig: die Wohnung ist Schwulenfreundlich
