Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich und liegt direkt neben dem Augarten. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß, gut geschnitten und teil-möbliert mit schönem Tisch und schönem Schrank (das Bett und die Vorhänge sind ausgezogen, es gibt derzeit eine große Matratze). Es ist mit Parkettboden und alten Doppelfenstern ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber um so mehr oho und gemütlich. Es gibt ein Balkönchen, Aufzug, Fahrradabstellraum und eine liebenswerte Hausgemeinschaft.
Wir wohnen im 3. Stock einer Seitenstraße, darum ist hell und ruhig hier. Zwischen deinem und meinem Zimmer liegt zusätzlich die Couch-Küche, was einen angenehmen Polster für unsere Privatsphäre bietet.
Leider kann ich keine Haustiere hier aufnehmen.

The room is 14sqm big, partly furnished with a beautiful cupboard and a table (the bed and curtains moved out, but there's a big mattress). The room has a wooden floor and old, beautiful windows. The kitchen separates your room from mine which is quite comfortable concerning our privacy.
The appartment is small but super beautiful and cosy and directly situated next to Augarten. We have a tiny balcony, an elevator and a shared room for bikes as well as lovely neighbors.
Unfortunately I can't welcome pets in the apartment.
Die Lage ist hervorragend:
direkt neben dem Augarten, gleich im Zentrum, gleich an der Donauinsel, zwischen Gausplatz und Wallensteinplatz. Es gibt einen Bierautomaten, eine 24/7 Bäckerei, Busse 5A und 5B, Tram 31, 33, 5 quasi vor der Haustüre, U4 Friedensbrücke in 4 flotten Gehminuten, U6 7 flotten Gehminuten entfernt.

Our home is perfectly situated next to Augarten, close to City Centre, between Wallensteinplatz and Gausplatz. Many things your heart could wish for are just around the corner: A beer mashine, 24/7 backery, Augarten, Wallensteinplatz, Donaukanal, the City’s Center, Werk, Frame and Donauinsel – just to name a few.
Ich bin bildende Künstlerin und Filmemacherin und suche nach einer verantwortungsvollen Mitbewohnerin*, mit der* eine wohlwollende, wohltuende Koexistenz im stressigen Alltag möglich ist. Ich teile gerne meinen Einkauf, esse selten aber doch auch einmal Fleisch und rauche zu besonderer Gelegenheit eine Zigarette in der Küche (mit).
