In unser WG wird zum 1. April ein Zimmer frei! Es ist 18 m² groß und schaut mit den Fenstern gen Westen auf die Klosterneuburger Straße, was es sehr hell macht. Es handelt sich zwar um ein Durchgangszimmer, die Zimmerecke mit den zwei Türen ist aber durch einen Kasten und einen Vorhang gut abgetrennt. Der große Kasten und ein Schlafsofa können übernommen werden. Wenn gewünscht kann von der Vormieterin zudem Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer und Bürostuhl gegen eine kleine Ablöse übernommen werden. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock (wir finden aber es ist der 2. Stock, da es ein Mezzanin gibt) und besteht aus insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmern, einer voll eingerichteten Küche, einem kleinen Vorzimmer und dem Badezimmer (WC inkludiert). Hohe Wände, Holzfußboden und nicht zuletzt zwei nette Mitbewohner tragen dazu bei, dass mensch sich bei uns wohl fühlen kann. WLAN ist in der ganzen Wohnung vorhanden. Die Miete für das freie Zimmer beträgt 270 EUR monatlich, dazu kommen noch Betriebskosten in der Höhe von etwa 50 EUR. Bei Einzug ist eine Kaution von 670 EUR zu bezahlen, sowie 215 EUR für deinen Anteil an den gemeinsam genützten Möbeln und Maschinen wie Waschmaschine (neu gekauft im Jänner 2019), Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler.
We have one bedroom for rent starting September 1st. It is 18 sqm in size and the rooms’ windows head west towards the street (Klosterneuburger Straße), which makes it very bright. Your roommate needs to access his room through yours, but there is a separated passage. The room is basically rented unfurnished with the exception of the wardrobe that serves as a room divider and a sofa. You might also buy a writing desk, a desk chair as well as a roller container from the previous tenant. The apartment lies on the second floor and consists in total of three bedrooms, a centrally located kitchen incl. all appliances as well as one bathroom. High ceilings, wooden floor, and not least two nice flatmates make it a good place to be. Wireless internet access throughout the entire apartment is being provided. The rent is 270 Euro per month plus incidental expenses of about 50 Euro. The deposit amounts 670 Euro and you would need to pay a transfer fee of 215 Euro to the previous tenant for his share of the common furniture and appliances, i.e. washing machine (bought in January 2019), fridge, and dishwasher.
Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Brigittenau (20. Bezirk), nur zwei Straßen vom Donaukanal entfernt und ins Zentrum kommt man in etwa 15 Minuten. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist hervorragend: Die Straßenbahn 31 fährt fast direkt vor die Haustür, zwei Buslinien, U6 (Jägerstraße) und U4 (Friedensbrücke) sind in 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findest du außerdem zahlreiche Supermärkte, den Hannovermarkt, ein Schwimmbad, eine Stadtbücherei etc.
Our shared apartment lies in the 20th district, Brigittenau with the Donaukanal being only two streets away, and the inner city easy to reach in about 15 minutes. Links to public transportation networks are assured with tramway #31 passing directly by the building, as well as two bus lines and two subway stations (U6 Jägerstraße, U4 Friedensbrücke) that are reachable in 5-10 minutes by foot. Grocery stores, supermarkets, Hannovermarkt (fruit and vegetable market), a public library, a public swimming pool etc. are also within 5 minutes walking distance.
Alexandra, 26 ist aufstrebende Künstlerin und studiert an der Akademie der bildenden Künste. Ralph, 32 hackelt im Veranstaltungsmanagement (pssst, also eigentlich gar kein Studi mehr). Wir leben gerne in einer sauberen Wohnung und gelten landläufig als ruhige und friedliebende Mitbewohner. Da wir beide unsere regelmäßigen Verpflichtungen haben, frönen wir (zumindest unter der Woche) nächtens recht gerne dem Schlaf. In der Vergangenheit haben wir unser WG-Leben bereichert durch Diskussionen über dieses und jenes – am besten bei einem Feierabendbier. Wir würden gerne mit einem netten, gemütlichen, sauberen Menschen zusammenleben. Wir bevorzugen Leute, die ungefähr in unserem Alter sind. Keine Haustiere und keine Pärchen. Rauchen ist in der ganzen Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
A little about us: Alexandra, 26 studies at the Academy of Fine Arts. Ralph, 32 works as an event manager. We like to keep a clean apartment, and are quiet and drama-free roommates. Since we both have some professional duties, we do enjoy our sleep at night. So far, we have enjoyed having discussions about this and that while having an after work beer. It would be great if we lived with someone who is laid back, clean, responsible, and wants to establish a good relationship with his roommates rather than live with strangers. We very strongly prefer people around our ages without pets, and please, no couples. Smoking is not allowed in the entire place.
