I am looking for a subtennant who wants to rent my room from end of 1st July until 5th of September´19, with a possibility to extend your contract if you like it here.
The flat is for 5 people so you would be living with 4 other very lovvelyy flatmates. They are all students from differrent countries so it is a very talkative and funny flat, but of course you always have the chance for silence and to chill in your room. The room is not big but definitely sufficient for one person, it is approximately 10-11m2. There are 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet therefore you will not wait in a line in the mornings, this is one of the best things about this flat ;).
The location is perfect for anyone who likes evening walks near the Donau canal and you reach the city centre in short time. The flat is near Jägerstraße station and there are several buses and trams just across the street.
The price is 385 per month and is all included: electricity, hot water and internet etc.
