Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer in einer top Lage (sofortige Anbindung zu S-Bahn Station Traisengasse und Bus Verbindungen) mit zwei super gemütlichen Mitbewohnern und einer all inklusive Einrichtung.
Die zentral gelegene gemischte WG verfügt über viele Extras wie verschiedenste Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit einem Bekleidungsständer, einem kleinen Tisch und einem sehr gemütlichen Bett.
Was braucht man mehr? :-)
Gute Anbindung an Bus (11A,B), 5A, S-Bahn (Traisengasse) ==> innerhalb von 5 Minute bei Praterstern, und innerhalb 10 Minuten bei Landstraße/Wien Mitte und Rennweg (für CAT-Verbindung Richtung Airport)! Zahlreiche Shops ums Eck (bei Handelskai).
Außerdem ist der Donaukanal in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (bietet sich optimal für sportliche Betätigung an).
Lebensmittelgeschäfte direkt vor der Haustür (Billa, Hofer).
Du wirst mit den zwei freundlichen und ruhigen, aber auch geselligen Mitbewohnern Mario und Jonathan zusammenleben. Es wird Wert auf Gesellschaft und auf die eigene Privatsphäre gelegt.
Beide studieren IT (im Bachelor bzw. Master) und sind 24-25.
Ich ziehe aus, da ich ein Praktikum in Ausland mache, das Zimmer ist von 1. April bis 1. Juli verfügbar (aber es besteht eine Möglichkeit auf längerfristiges Bleiben). Die monatlichen Kosten sind 290€.
ENGLISH:
I am renting my 11m2 room in our non-smoking flat. The flat is very central (S-Bahn Traisengasse) and has many extras like furniture, washing machine, dishwasher and tons of kitchen equipment included.
The room is furnished with a cupboard, a table with chair, a side table and a very comfortable bed ;-)
What else do you need?
The flat itself is made up of three bedrooms, a big entrance room, fully equipped kitchen, WC and bathroom! I am moving out of the flat for an internship abroad and the total monthly cost will be 290€.
The location is great! The flat is only 5 minutes from the U2 Praterstern station (also has u1) the tram 2 also leaves right outside the street. It’s only a 5 minutes walk to the Danube canal (which can be perfectly used for sports activities)
Your flatmates will be Mario and Jonathan who are both nice and lively people. They are currently in their final year studying IT.
-> The flat is available from 1st April to 1st July but it can be discussed to stay longer!
*other dates might be possible (not before 1st April), just ask an we can see if we can make it work :) *
