Hello :) - English below.
In der WG sind ab sofort zwei Zimmer frei. Das größere hat 18qm, das kleinere 12qm. Für beide Zimmer 600 EUR insgesamt. Kaution 800 Euro. Die Zimmer können auch einzeln vermietet werden (400 EUR, 300 EUR). Möblierung: Optional eine Couch, auf der es sich gut schlafen lässt und weiße Kästen mit viel Stauraum (gratis).
Es gibt WLAN mit Glasfaser-Flatrate (75 MBit/s), die Zimmer haben Parkettboden, das Bad wurde vor einiger Zeit neu hergerichtet, in der Küche (mit großem Fenster) gibts einen Geschirrspüler und eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit. 2 Kühlschränke, also genug Platz.
Zur Gegend: Die Wohnung liegt gleich bei einem Parkeingang zum Augarten und hat einen großartigen Blick über Wien (Rathaus, Votivkirche ...). Gleich vis à vis gibts einen Spar und einen Bäcker, ca 300 m weiter einen Hofer. Zwei Straßenbahnlinien genau vorm Haus (2 und 5). U2 Station Taborstraße ist zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 7 Minuten). Das Fenster geht auf die Straße - falls du es sehr ruhig gewohnt bist, könnte das unangenehm werden. Mich persönlich stört es nicht, ich mag das Hintergrundrauschen.
Zu mir: Ich arbeite im Sozialbereich, spiele Klavier (Jazz und querdurch, normalerweise über Kopfhörer), bin aber ziemlich ruhig als Mitbewohnerin. Prinzipiell wäre eine Zweck-Vereinbarung möglich. Aber unabhängig davon ob wir öfter plaudern oder du nur selten da bist - ich würde mir eine offene und warmherzige Kommunikation miteinander wünschen. Ich würde mich freuen über Leute, die gut reinpassen, gerne auch 45+. Ich bin drei Mal geimpft.

Hello :) .. there are two rooms to rent in the flat - one is 18 sqm and the other one 12 sqm. there is optional furniture to transfer. The couch is good to sleep at and there's a big wardrobe with lots of space.
The floor is parquet. Monthly rent would be 600 EUR for both rooms, deposit would be 800 EUR. There is WLAN (75 MBit/s), the bathroom has been renovated some time ago, the kitchen has a dish washer, a big window and cozy seats. 2 fridges provide enough space.
Neighborhood: The Augarten is very close, there is a bakery and a supermarket right next to the flat. Public transport: 2 trams just there and the U2 Taborstraße is reachable by foot.
A little about me: I'm working in social fields, playing the piano (jazz, pop, but with headphones - no worries) - I'm rather quiet. Would be nice to have some company in the kitchen, now and then.
Life in the flat is normally quite relaxed. I am vacced three times.
