Wg sucht neuen Mitbewohner im 19. Bezirk (am Rande des 9. Bezirks) ab Anfang Juli.
Das Zimmer ist 25m² groß und es ist eine Altbauwohnung. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt
90m².
Die Miete beträgt ist 400+65€ nebenkosten = 465€ ALLES inklusive (Strom, Gas, Wasser und
WLAN). Die Kaution ist 855€.
Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung ist 90m2 groß und besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer großen Küche/einem
kleinen Wohnzimmer. Wir sind 2 Studenten aus Spanien und Weißrussland, wir sind auf der
Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/einer Mitbewohnerin ab Juli :)
Wir beide arbeiten und studieren, also haben wir nicht so viel Zeit, aber wir versuchen immer
etwas zusammen zu machen. Wir haben hier ein wunderschönes Ambiente und es wäre schön,
wenn du auch sympathisch und openminded bist, wir feiern gerne oder chillen zusammen. Wir
können Englisch (fließend), Spanisch und Deutsch, wenn du Interesse hast, gib einfach
bescheid und wir vereinbaren einen Termin! :) bis bald!

WG looking for a new flatmate in the 19th district (on the edge of the 9th District) from July on.
The room is 25 m2, in a Altbauwohnung (high ceilings, gross walls, …), lot of Sun light and full
furnished. The flat has a total of 90m².
The rent is 400+65€ expenses costs = 465 € ALL INCLUDED (such as gas, water, electricity,
internet…) and 855 € Deposit.
Flat:
our flat has 3 rooms and about 90m2, big kitchen/living room, bath & shower. Here we
live 1 Russian guy and 1 Spanish guy and we search for a flatmate. We both work and study so
we do not have much time to share together, but we have a very good ambient and atmosphere
here, we like to do things and go out together sometimes. We Speak fluent English/German and
Spanish/Russian (Italian and Portuguese as well). if you have interest to pass by and check the
room, do not doubt about ask us for an appointment. see u soon! :)

The apartment is located near the metro station Nußdorferstraße (1 min walk). Nearby there are
numerous shopping centers (Billa, Euro Spar, Zeilpunkt, tobacco shop, Bipa, pharmacy and a
organic market ;) ect. and the flat had a great location with very good and fast connections to
everywhere.
