Wir bemühen uns um ein gutes Zusammenleben, sind aber auch alle recht beschäftigte Menschen, daher verbringen wir nicht so viel Zeit zusammen. Wir sind auf jeden Fall alle Fans der Natur, wir sind begeisterte Radfahrer, Kletterer und Bogenschützen und schwimmen gerne. Sind wohl auch alles Gründe, warum wir genau hier leben. Überdies ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind nette Menschen. Es würde mich daher freuen dich kennenzulernen und vielleicht mal gemeinsam schwimmen, joggen, oder Bogen schießen zu gehen.

Our living community is a rather quiet one, also because we are often out for work or our hobbies. But I cook a lot, and we both love the outdoors. We welcome basically everyone as long as you are not violent, aggressive,..., and look forward to getting to know you, and maybe go running, cycling, swimming or shooting arrows together.
Was unsere WG auszeichnet, ist die hervorragende Lage. Es gibt, wie überall in Wien, eine gute Öffi-Anbindung. Mensch ist von hier innerhalb einer halben Stunde fast überall in Wien, ob mit dem Fahrrad, den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem Auto. Andererseits liegt die Wohnung im Grünen, direkt an der Donauinsel und der alten Donau, und 10 minuten vom Prater, den Naherholungsgebieten der Wiener*innen.
Verkehrsanbindung: Autobahn in Geh-, aber nicht Hörweite, Bus zu zwei verschiedenen U-Bahn Linien alle 5 Minuten, Viele schöne Fahrradwege starten direkt gegenüber.
Hallo, what is great about our flat is its amazing location. You can get from there to almost all places in Vienna within 30 minutes, but it is way in the green and within 3 minutes by foot from a public and great swimming place in the Old or new Danube
Highway is in walking distance, but not in hearing distance. There is busses to two different metro lines, leaving every five minutes and driving for five minutes. And there is lots of great bikeways starting right across the flat.
Wir suchen alle, die bereit sind ein bisschen im Haushalt mit zu helfen, nicht rauchen, nicht gewalttätig sind und bereit sind sich zum Pinkeln hinzu setzen.
Wie are looking for anyone, who is ready to do their part in cleaning and maintaining the flat, who doesn't smoke and is ok to sit down for taking a piss.
