Bin selbst von Mitte Juni bis etwa Ende August in den USA unterwegs und vermiete daher mein Zimmer im angegebenen Zeitraum.
Das Zimmer ist hofseitig gelegen, sehr ruhig, mit Parkettboden ausgestattet und nach Osten ausgerichtet. Weiters wird das Zimmer für den Zeitraum möbliert mit folgenden Möbeln übergeben:
Futon Bett (Liegefläche 140x200), Kasten, Kommode (Ikea MALM), Regal (ähnlich Ikea Kallax), kleiner Tisch und Sessel.
Im Moment sind leider noch 4 Löcher in der Wand (siehe Bilder - Privatsphäre bleibt erhalten, kein "Durchblick" in die Küche!) zur Küche die von einem Wasserrohrbruch im Mai stammen, sind aber absolut trocken und ohne Schimmel. Die Hausverwaltung lässt sich unglücklicherweise sehr viel Zeit die Löcher zu sanieren.
I'll be in the states from mid June until the end of August and would like to rent out my room for the time (June 14th-Aug 31st)
The room is oriented east to the quiet interior courtyard, has wooden floors and comes with the following furniture:
futon bed (queen size / 140x200cm), cabinet, dresser (Ikea Malm), shelf (like Ikea Kallax), small desk, chair.
Unfortunately there are 4 holes in the wall from a broken water pipe from May. The holes are not "see-through" to the kitchen, only exposing pipes - privacy is still preserved! Property management is unfortunately taking their own sweet time to get it patched up again. None the less: there is no mold, it's absolutely dry!
Unser wunderschöner, 150m2 großer, sanierter Altbau befindet sich im 2.Stock (mit Lift) auf der Laxenburgerstrasse, keine 5min von der U1 Station Keplerplatz entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind (fast) endlos: Hofer, Spar, Lidl, Viktor-Adler Markt, Columbus Center, der Gavaz Eissalon direkt im Haus, Pizzerien und Döner auf der Favoritenstrasse so weit das Auge reicht ;)
Der Wienerberg Park sowie das Freizeitgebiet Löwygrube sind jeweils 15min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt (super zum Laufen und chillen), in der Innenstadt (am Stephansplatz) ist man mit der Ubahn in 10min, auf der Hauptuni ist man in etwa 15-20min.
Our beautiful, renovated 150m² (=1615 ft²!) apartment is effectively on the 4th floor (we do have an elevator) on Laxenburgerstrasse. One can reach the underground/U-Bahn in approximately 3 min.
We have a bunch of possibilites to shop: Hofer (which is Aldi), Spar, Lidl, the Viktor-Adler market (fresh produce, fish and meat daily!), small mall (Columbuscenter), an ice cream parlor (Gavaz) right beside our entrance, cheap pizza and kebap place as far as the eye can reach ;)
The Wienerberg and Löwygrube park are about 15 min away by bike (great to run and relax). In about 10 min by U-Bahn one is in the city center, 15-20 min and you're at the main University campus.
Unser WG Leben war bisher immer sehr locker, gemeinsames Kochen, essen und chillen in Küche (geilster Gasherd auf dem ich kochen durfte! Bild wird nachgereicht) und im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer (inklusive Flügel) war genau so selbstverständlich wie seine Privatsphäre im eigenen Zimmer zum lernen, lesen oder einfach weil man kann :P
Über die wenigen Probleme die wir hatten haben wir offen miteinander geredet und haben so alle Probleme beseitigen können und hoffen das wir das auch in Zukunft so handhaben können :)
Life in our shared apartment is pretty laid back. Cooking, eating and chillin' in the kitchen (we have an amazing gas stove, pics follow) and the living room (with a grand piano) comes just as naturally as your privacy in your own room to study, read or simply because :P
We openly talked concerning the few problems we had and were able to resolve everything and we hope we can continue this way of problem solving :)
