Ein Zimmer in einer 2-er WG in der Nähe des Wiener Hauptbahnhofes wird ab 1. Juli frei. Auf Wunsch kann das Zimmer gegen eine geringfügige Abschlagssumme teilmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Matratze, Lattenrost, Faltkleiderschrank) übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung verfügt des Weiteren unter anderem über eine Waschmaschine, eine Badewanne, eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Ofen, eine Mikrowelle, eine Abstellkammer, ein Kellerabteil, und, wie erwähnt, den 26m² großen Garten zur privaten Benutzung.

Up for grabs is a 13.5 m² room in a 2-person flatshare close to Vienna’s main station. The room comprises a window which is orientated in a westerly direction and faces the apartment’s very own private courtyard garden. Parts of the furniture (desk, mattress, lattice, collapsible wardrobe) may be retained at will for a moderate fee.
Furthermore, the apartment is equipped with a washing machine, , bathtub, a kitchenette with an oven, microwave oven, a storage room, a cellar compartment, and, as mentioned, the 26m² garden for your enjoyment.

The flat is located just 5 minutes‘ walking distance from the main train station, in one of the most accessible areas of the city. The U1 underground line, tram lines 0, D, 6 and 18, bus lines 13a and 14a, as well as the fast train network are all within easy reach. Pedestrianized Favoritenstraße just round the corner is the city’s main commercial thoroughfare, featuring pretty much all the shops and services you could need.
