Es ist ca. 13m2 groß und kostet monatlich 350 Euro. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und das Fenster geht raus zum Balkon.
Im allgemeinen ist die Wohnung sehr groß, gemütlich und modern.
In direkter Umgebung der Wohnung ist sowohl die U1 (damit ist man 7 min in der Stadt) als auch diverse Busse wie z.B. der 14 A (15 min direkt zur Mariahilferstraße). Zur Hauptuni braucht man nur ca. 20 min!
Auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Spar, Anker, ...) sind in fußweite.
Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist gleich in der Nähe. Dort kann man auch am Sonntag einkaufen gehen.
Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer Person für unsere WG im 10.Bezirk in Wien nähe Keplerplatz.
Wir, das sind Berfin, Dejonka und Samara. Ich, Jasmin, such eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer schon ab Anfang März.
Wir schätzen es gemeinsam Zeit miteinander zu verbringen und den Abend gemeinsam ausklingen zu lassen. Verstehen aber auch wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht.
