Da wir umziehen werden, suchen wir Nachmieter für unser kleine Wohnung im Stuwo.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum mit Teeküche und Esstisch. Von dort kommt man in die beiden einzelnen Zimmer. Außerdem verfügt man über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und getrennt davon eine Toilette. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert, mit Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett und Schrank. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch einen kleine Fernsehkommode.
Im Wohnheim selbst gibt es auf jedem Stockwerk eine super moderne Gemeinschaftsküche und Aufenthaltsbereiche mit Fernsehern. Außerdem genießt man den Luxus eine Lernlounge (Omnium), Fitnessraum (vollausgestattet mit den wichtigsten Fitnessgeräten), sowie Musikproberaum (mit Klavier), Sauna und Waschraum. Dazu kommt noch, dass einmal in der Woche eine Putzfrau vorbeikommt!

The apartment has a small kitchen with a dining table, as well as two separate rooms. A bathroom and a separate toilette are included. Your room is fully furnished with a table and chair, bed, closet, and a TV stand.
In the student home you will have g a very modern and big shared kitchen as well as common areas with TVs on every floor. You will also have the luxury of having a gym (with all the necessary equipment), a study lounge, a sauna, a washroom and a music room. You will also be visited by a cleaning lady once a week!

Die Anbindung ist gut, in 7 Minuten erreicht man die S-Bahn und Bus, in 5 Minuten verschiedene Bim. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sogar im Haus mit Müller und Lidl, sonst aber in 5-10 Minuten bis zum Hofer, Penny, Spar, Billa, dm und BIPA.

In 7 minutes, you can catch the S-Bahn and a bus, in 5 minutes several Bims. Your weekly shopping can be done right in the house at Müller or Lidl. If you like other shops you can reach Spar, Hofer, Penny, Billa, Bipa and dm in 5-10 minutes.

Das Apartment wird zum 1.6. frei und kostet monatlich 404 Euro pro Person. Perfekt ist es für zwei Freunde/innen oder ein Pärchen, jedoch natürlich auch für einzelne Personen.
Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit, gerade um viele Leute kennen zu lernen war es eine sehr gute Entscheidung hier her zu ziehen.

The apartment will be available on the 1.6. and the rent is 404 euros per person. It is perfect if you plan to move in with a friend of yours or your partner, but of course you are welcome to apply on your own.
We had a great and fun time. It was perfect to meet new people!
