Hallo ihr Lieben! Mein Zimmer in Wien ist gerade wieder verfügbar geworden und wird ab August 2019 bis Ende Jänner 2020 frei, da ich für ein halbes Jahr ins Ausland ziehe. Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß und ist bereits ausgestattet mit einem Bett (welches auch für 2 Leute vergrößert werden kann), einem großen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch + Sessel, Schreibtischlampe, Regalen und einem Klavier.
Das Apartment ist ca. 85m² groß und befindet sich im 14.Stock in einem der wenigen Hochhäuser Wiens!! Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit einmaliger Aussicht (besonders nachts! ;) ) und auch eine große Wohnküche inkl. Essbereich und 2 Sofas.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Waschmaschine und es gibt auch noch eine Toilette und eine Abstellkammer. Heißes Wasser, Elektrizität, Heizen, WLAN etc. ist alles in den Nebenkosten inkludiert.
Die Wohnung ist sehr neu, da sie 2015 gebaut wurde und befindet sich im Citygate-Komplex. Darin ist ein Shoppingzentrum mit riesigem Supermarkt, Kleidungsgeschäften, Apotheke, Drogerie, Restaurant etc. und ein Park integriert.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U1 Aderklaaer Straße, von dort ist man innerhalb von 15 min im Zentrum (Stephansplatz) und braucht weniger als eine halbe Stunde zu den Universitäten (zB 20 min zur WU und TU; 25 min zur Uni Wien), sowie unter 10 min zur UNO-City.
Die Wohnung ist eine 2er-WG mit meinem Bruder (Er ist 25 Jahre alt, studiert Medizin und ist sehr entspannt drauf und ruhig. Untertags ist er auf der Uni/arbeiten). Es wäre natürlich cool, jemanden zu finden, mit dem er auch abends mal am Balkon auf ein Getränk zusammensitzen kann oder der auch was mal gemeinsam unternehmen will, aber ist natürlich nicht zwangsweise nötig.
Ihr könnt mir hier gerne eine Nachricht schreiben und ich versuche so bald wie möglich zu antworten! Ich freue mich :)

Hey guys! I am looking for someone who wants to rent my room in Vienna while I am living abroad between August 2019 and 31st of January 2020. You would share the flat with my brother (25 years) who studies Medicine. He is really chill, calm and at work during the day.
Location: The flat is directly at the U1 Aderklaaer Straße, it is new, the whole Citygate complex (all flats including the shopping center and a little park in the middle) was built in 2015. Integrated in the whole complex is a shopping center (with supermarket Interspar, clothing stores like C&A, pharmacy etc.).
It takes the subway 15min to the city centre (Stephansplatz) and less than half an hour to all major universities (e.g. 20min to the WU and TU and 25min to the University of Vienna).
Your room: It is approx. 12m² and already furnished with a bed (which can be enlarged for 2 people), a huge wardrobe, a desk, chair, lamp, shelves and a piano!
The apartment: The apartment is on the 14th floor! The whole flat is about 85m² and there is a huge balcony with a great view (especially at night!). As you can see on the pictures, the living room contains a kitchen, a dining area and sofas. There is also a bathroom (including a washing machine) and separate toilet, as well as a storeroom. Hot water, electricity, heating, WIFI, etc. are all included in the total cost!
