Liebe Wohnungssuchende in Wien, da mein Mitbewohner zum 7.01.20 aus der WG auszieht wird wohl ab diesem Zeitpunkt ein Zimmer in unserer WG frei. Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Pascal, 24 Jahre Alt und studiere in Wien Psychologie. Über das Zimmer lässt sich sagen, dass es ein sehr helles offenes Zimmer ist, welches sich in einer 72 m2 Wohnung befindet.

as my roommate moves out a new room in my flat is available for you now! My Name is Pascal,I'm 24 years old and studying psychology. My Room is for rent for the 1st of january. Its a very bright Room which is filled with sun most time of the day. The flat as a whole got 72 m2.

Die Wohnung befindet sich mehr oder weniger neben dem Bahnhof in Floridsdorf und ist damit sehr Zentral gelegen. Durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist sie optimal angebunden (15 min bis Praterstern), an diverse öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und Bus). Zu Fuß benötigt man max. 6 min, um zum Bahnhof zu gelangen. Von dort ist die Anbindung zu einigen Universitäten hervorragend wie z.B. der WU oder der Vet-Med-Uni.
The apartment is located more or less next to the train station in Floridsdorf and is thus very centrally located. Due to the proximity to the train station, it is optimally connected to various public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus). On foot you need max. 6 min to get to the train station. From there, the connection to some universities is excellent, such as the WU or the Vet Med University.

Ich (Pascal) Koche gerne und verbringe meine Freizeit sowohl Zuhause als auch unterwegs mit Freunden, bin allerdings mit dem Studium immer mal gut eingebunden. Zudem verreise ich des öfteren was dir die Möglichkeit bieten könnte, etwas Zeit allein in der Wohnung zu haben :P Ansonsten wäre so etwas wie ein Putzplan nicht schlecht. Im allgemeinen bin ich auch gerne mal für gemeinsames Kochen oder ein Bier zu haben. Es ist mir doch sehr wichtig, dass ich mich mit meinem Mitbewohner verstehe und keine Zweckgemeinschaft entsteht, da dies für alle Beteiligten eher unangenehm ist und man sich eher wohl Zuhause fühlen sollte :)
Me (Pascal) like to cook and spend my free time at home as well as on the road with friends, but I am always well involved in my studies. In addition, I often what could offer you the opportunity to have some time alone in the apartment :P Otherwise, something like a cleaning plan would be nice. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und kann somit abgelöst werden. Über die Höhe der Ablöse müsste man zwar noch mit meinem ehemaligen Mitbewohner verhandeln aber die Ablöse ist in jedem fall möglich. Die 25 € bei sonstigen Kosten sind für das Internet.
The room is fully furnished and can be purchased as well. About the amount of the transfer would have to negotiate with my former roommate, but the transfer is possible in any case. The 25 € additional costs are used for the internet.
