Da ich im Sommer einige Wochen nicht in Wien sein werde, vermiete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete im Juli und August. Das Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel
Das Zimmer hat 37 qm und ist mit seinen 3 Fenstern sehr hell. Es ist voll ausgestattet und getrennt begehbar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock, der mit dem Lift zu erreichen ist.
As I won't be in Vienna for the summer I rent my big room for july and august. moving-in and -out dates are flexible.
The room has 37 sqm and is really bright due to its 3 windows. The whole apartment is fully furnished and has two separate rooms next to the kitchen and bathroom.
Genau gegenüber der Wohnung befindet sie die U6-Station Alser Straße, mit der man in wenigen Minuten im AKH, am Westbahnhof usw ist. Straßenbahnen 43 und 44 sind genauso unmittelbar in der Nähe, sodass man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten am Unicampus oder am Schottentor (U2) ist.
Wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es Hofer, Interspar, DM,... 24/7 geöffnet gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Laden direkt unter der Wohnung sowie viele Cafés und Bars.
Opposite the apartment there is the U6 station Alser Straße which brings you to the AKH, Westbahnhof and many else. There are also the stations of Tram 43 and 44 bringing you to the Uni campus or the U2 Station Schottentor.
Nearby you will find many supermarkets, cafes and bars and you have a store opened 24/7 in the same building.
Zusammenwohnen wirst du mit Miruna, Psychologiestudentin, die jetzt in den Ferien aber arbeiten ist und somit oft nicht daheim sein wird. Somit hast du die Wohnung auch oft für dich allein.
Sie kocht aber gerne und ist auch für gemeinsame Abende durchaus aufgeschlossen.
