Hi :)
gemütliches 14m2 Durchgangs(!)-Zimmer mit Hochbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Kasten zu vergeben. Um zur Küche oder ins Bad zu gehen, muss man durch Dein Zimmer (unter dem Hochbett) durchgehen.
Die ruhige WG befindet sich in top Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und ist gut ausgestattet. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Ofen (optional), Hängematte und Couch warten auf Dich! In der Küche gibts alles was man braucht. Badezimmer ist voll ausgestattet incl. Waschmaschine. Internet inkludiert! Es gibt einen Putzplan, den wir für unsere Bedürfnisse anpassen können.
Deine Mitbewohner:
Reinhard, 28, studiert Umwelt- und Bio- Ressourcenmanagement, in einer Beziehung, Vegetarier, mag Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Natur und Tiere. Ich erlebe mich als offenen Menschen, herzlich, ruhig, tiefsinnig und fröhlich. Mir ist Privatsphäre wichtig und ich freu mich wenn wir öfters mal zum quatschen zusammensitzen.
Sophie (Katze), 3 Jahre alt, vorm Verhungern gerettet, eher schüchtern, mag wenn Menschen ihr Zeit zum kennenlernen geben,

Your cozy room includes a cupboard and wardrobe, a office table and chair and a nice big wooden loft bed. It is a walk-through-room. In order to get to the kitchen or the bath room one has to go through your room (under the bed). The well equipped flat faces a rather calm street and has good traffic connections. In the living room there is a big couch, a hammock and a stove. In the kitchen there is everything you need! The bathroom is fully equipped and has a washing machine. Internet is included and there is a plan for cleaning we can adapt to our needs.
Your flatmates:
Reinhard, 28, studies Environment- and Resources Management. Vegetarian. Loves kung fu, qi gong, tai chi, nature and animals. I experience myself as an open person, calm and cheerful and reflective. I value privacy and a nice chat :)
