Das Zimmer ist ab Juli bis 1. Oktober zu vermieten (Ein- und Auszugsdatum sind aber flexibel und über den Preis lässt auch reden)
Es ist hell und das Fenster geht auf eine ruhige Seitenstraße hinaus. Möbel, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. ist alles vorhanden und du kannst den Fahrradkeller gerne nutzen.
Es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen Essbereich in der Küche mit Eckbank und gemütlichen Sofas.
Unser Goldstück der Wohnung ist aber der große Balkon, der in einen riesigen grünen Hinterhof hinausragt und den ganzen Tag mit Sonne gesegnet ist.
My room will be available for rent from 1st of July until 1st of october (price and duration of stay is negotiable)
It is very light and the windows are facing toward a quiet street. Furniture, washing machine, dish washer etc. is all available and you can use our cellar for f.i. a bike.
There is a shared area in the kitchen where you can meet up with the others.
But the most beautiful place in our flat is the balcony facing towards a green backyard (best sunset spot! :) )
Die Lage ist super zentral, mit der 43er oder dem Fahrrad bist du in 10-15 min. am Schottentor, die U6-Station Alser Straße ist auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Genau (wirklich genau!) gegenüber ist der Interspar, einen Block weiter ein Hofer und 5 Gehminuten weiter ein Lidl, dm etc.
The flat is very good located, you can reach "Schottentor" with train 43 or by bike in 10-15 minutes and the U6 station "Alser Straße" is just a few minutes away. Exactly across the street there`s a supermarket called "Interspar" and Hofer just a few minutes further away.
Deine potentiellen Mitbewohner sind Marcel (studiert an der TU) und Greta (Medizin). Sie sind sehr unkompliziert und super freundlich. Da Greta in der Zeit arbeiten wird, wäre uns wichtig, dass du dich an gewisse Ruhezeiten unter der Woche hältst. Ansonsten ist Besuch auch kein Problem!
Your flat mates would me Marcel (studies at the TU) and Greta (Medicine). They are both very uncomplicated and friendly people. As Greta will be working during August, there needs to be quiet in the late evenings on weekdays.
