Ich, 22, habe soeben mein Bachelor-Studium am Technikum Wien abgeschlossen, und lege jetzt zwischen Bachelor und Master ein Jahr Pause ein. Aus diesem Grund biete ich mein gemütliches WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete auf ein Jahr an. Nachdem der VW-Bus aber nicht für immer meine Bleibe sein wird, komme ich voraussichtlich im August 2019 wieder zurück nach Wien.
// Zimmer allgemein //
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Studenten-WG. Diese befindet sich in der Clerfaytgasse (1170 Wien), einer kleinen Seitengasse der Hernalser Hauptstraße. Das Zimmer ist nach Osten, in Richtung eines kleinen Innenhofes ausgerichtet, sodass einen das ganze Jahr Morgens die Sonne aufweckt ... sofern man das will. Rollos und Vorhänge sind vorhanden, und die Hernalser Hauptstraße ist bei geöffneten Fenstern kaum zu hören ... falls mann doch mal ausschlafen will. Das Zimmer ist durch die breite Fensterfront äußerst hell, was ich gerade in Lern- und Arbeitsintensiven Zeiten äußerst zu schätzen gelernt habe.
// Innenausstattung //
Im Zimmer befinden sich aktuell noch meine Möbel. Schreibtisch, Kasten und Kommode können nach Absprache im Zimmer bleiben, oder von mir mitgenommen werden. Die Couch habe ich mit der WG übernommen, und sollte somit im Zimmer bleiben. Das Bett nehme ich mit.

Hey floks, this is Moritz. I’m 22 years old, and just finished my Bachelor studies at the FH Technikum Wien. I’m gonna make a little break between my BSC and MSC, so my room is for rent for 1 year. As I don’t want to live in my camper van for the resto of my days, I’m gonna come back to Vienna in August 2019.
// THE ROOM //
The room is part of a shared flat, and located in the CLERFAYTGASSE (1170 Wien), a little side street of the Hernalser Hauptstraße. The room is aligned to the east, facing a little atrium. Therefor there is sunshine in the room every morning, the whole year. I really valued that every time I had to learn or work a lot! For those who want to sleep a lil’ longer … the room got blinds and curtains. You can hardly hear the noise from the main road, even if you open the windows.
// INTERIOR //
Right now, all my furniture is still inside the room. If you want, I can leave the writing desk, cupboard, and the commode inside the room. If you don’t need it, I’ll remove it. We bought the couch when moving to the flat, so it should stay inside the room. I’m gonna remove the bed.

// Die Haltestellen der Linien 43 (Tram, 1min), 10A (Bus, 2min), sowie S45 (Sbahn, 5min) sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
// Wege zu den Hochschulen //
// Die Hochschuleinrichtungen von BOKU (mit 10A oder Fahrrad in 10min), Hauptuniversität Wien (mit 43er in 15min) sowie das Technikum Wien (43er und U6 in 25min) sind ebenfalls optimal und schnell erreichbar. (( Schwedenplat, Pratersauna und LOCO sind Nachts mit den Nightlines super erreichbar ... just in case))

// Mitbewohner //
Bisher bestand unsere WG aus drei (Extrem)Sport-fanatischen Studienkollegen. Dominik und ich gehen jetzt ein Jahr auf Reisen, Jonas (22) bleibt in der Wohnung. Jonas ist vermutlich einer der unkompliziertesten WG-Kollegen, die man sich vorstellen kann. Er ist gebürtiger Deutscher, begeisterter Freeskier und Triathlet, und studiert jetzt noch ein Jahr in Wien. Er ist für jeden Spaß zu haben, hört Nachts keine bassgesättigte Techno-Musik, und kocht ausgezeichnet.
// FLATMATES //
For the past 3 years, our flat consited out of three (extreme)sports-fanatic friends. Dominik and I are going to leave Vienna for a year to travel, Jonas (22) is going to stay in the flat. Jonas is one of the most straightforward guys I ever met. He's from Germany, a passionate Freeskier and Triathlete, and stays in Vienna for another year. He does not listen to Techno musik all night long, and got serious skills when it comes to cooking. Just perfect, I'd say.

Die WG verfügt über eine gemeinsame Küche mit Geschirrspüler, E-Herd, Kühl- sowie Gefrierschrank. Das Badezimmer umfasst eine Badewanne sowie ein Waschbecken. Im Kellerabteil sowie im kleinen Kammerl gibt es zusätzliche Abstellmöglichkeiten, ein Fahrradkeller ist ebenfalls verfügbar.

The flat contains a shared kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer. The bathroom contains a bath tub. In the cellar, as well as in the little store room in the flat, there are possibilities to store things. The flat also offers a room for bicycles in the cellar.
