Im Juli wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist groß, im ersten Stock eines Altbaus gleich an der Hernalser Hauptstraße.
Wir, Anna (Fußballerin) Gerard (Ingenieur) Nico (Soziologe) und Sonja (Illustratorin), beschäftigen uns mit unterschiedlichsten Themen in Ausbildung/Arbeit. Da wir uns alle eigentlich sehr mögen, wird immer wieder der Versuch gestartet, mehr miteinander zu machen (Spieleabend, zusammen Essen, Ausgehn,...) oft bleibt es dann aber einfach beim nett Quatschen in der Küche. Ab und zu schaffen wir es dann doch mal, gemeinsam zu Kochen. Solltest du also nach einer Zweck-WG suchen, bist du hier nicht richtig.
DAS ZIMMER:
**21 m²**, zwei großen Fenster, hell, Parkettboden. Falls es im eigenen Zimmer jedoch mal zu eng werden würde, haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtisch und Couches, die sich immer über Besuch freuen!
Miete: 395 € (inkl. BK, Strom und Gas, Internet - WLAN) - Kaution: 953 € + Mietvertragsvergebührung - einmalig: 74 €

The room is 21m² big and available from July! Our nice flat is on the first floor and is located at Hernalser Hauptstraße in the 17th district.
We Anna (soccer player) Gerard (engineer) Nico (sociologist) and Sonja (illustrator) are engaged in different things, some already finished studying, some are still students. Because we get along very well, we like coming together occasionally and spontaneously for a relaxed afternoon or evening / cooking together. So we are really living together and not just beside each other and it would be great if you would appreciate that as well :)

LOCATION: Hernalser Hauptstraße 143 - 6/7 – 1170. Going by tram 43 you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes (Schottentor, right next to the main university, campus and NIG). The bus 10A (Boku, Türkenschanzpark, Schönbrunn, Schmelz, etc.) and a S-Bahn station (Hütteldorf – Handelskai) are also close.
You can get out of the city and into the green quite quickly, too! Hofer, Billa, Bipa, post office, bank, Libro, OBI, Mömax are all reachable in 1 - 5 minutes.
