Hallo everyone!
As I am going for Erasmus to Valencia I am renting out my room in our shared flat in the 17th district for the summer semester. My room has 15 m2 and is fully furnished if everything you need (large bed, couch, desk, cupboard). The two large windows are to the east and the south, which gives you a lot of light and good views to the garden.
The house consists of two flats: ours is in the ground floor and our “landlords” (a couple, also students) live in the one above. The flat is very cosy and has fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is surrounded with a nice and wild garden, where we have campfires and barbeques.
The house is only 3 minutes away from the tram station which brings you to the city centre in 20 minutes and we are also already very close to the forest (Wienerwald), so it is the perfect location if you are interested in outdoor activities or just want to do relaxed walks. If you study at BOKU it is only 15 min by public transport or 10 min by bike.
My two flatmates are both forestry students at BOKU. Valli (23) is from Vienna and can tell you everything about the city. Lari (26) is from Brazil and studies in Vienna for a year. In the flat we are close friends and would invite you to join in all kinds of activities. We are very tidy and expect that from you as well. Furthermore, we are nature lovers, creative, semiprofessional musicans (or so ;)) passionate cooks and coffee lovers.
The rent includes gas, electricity and Wifi, so there a no extra costs.
So if you think you would fit in the flat and would like take care of my room for 5 month, just write me a little about yourself.
P.S.: I am a scout leader, so if you are a scout as well, you are invited to help out in my scout group as well while I am gone :)
